The doctor and nurses appreciated the amazing food and were grateful for the timely manner that it was delivered. Tried the Hutchinson, KS location twice and it was terrible both times. Sandwiches were messy, sloppy, all cut different sizes even though they were all supposed to be the same sandwich. The restaurant appeared messy from the drive through window. Over all disappointed. Definitely not up to the Jimmy Johns Standards as other locations make their sandwiches very neatly and uniform. Will not be going back to this location on 30th St and do not recommend.

Visiting from out of town. Thank you to the employee who said her name out loud. Courtney should not have a job here. She is rude and condescending to the employees and to the customers. I hope she is not the manager, but the way she acted today, I can only assume she is. Not Jimmy John’s standard.

Consistently great! By far my favorite sandwich place in town. Fast and friendly service. Ordering ahead on the app makes it even quicker.
When I ask for water, and you don't tell me your gonna charge me the same as a small drink -I expect to betold so I can make the decision, whether it's worth 2.09. The excuse cashier was new and there's no way to refund ne the 2.09 is wrong. Better training should have happened, don't throw the new guy under the bus. Care about your job to do the right thing.

I will no longer be going to Jimmy John’s from what I have experienced with this establishment. Not only did they refuse service, but did not meet the expectations of overall atmosphere and food preparation. The workers there seem to be not wanting to work and rather be on their phone than give service to their customers. They said there wasn’t enough bread yet somehow bread would manifest for pickup and online orders.

My buddy got a sandwich earlier and he got a tasty sauce also known as saliva and then he got sick do too the women vaping inside yalls walk-in and then saw us walk in so I think the GENERAL MANAGER should fire all the employees that worked tonight for being rude to everyone in the store.

Okay so I have a problem with this sandwich shop. I have had great experiences here in the past but now I just can't be a part of it. We walk in and the snotty girl at the register tells me they can not serve a group of 9 because they don't have enough bread. This obviously hurt my feelings but I was like you know whatever it's alright I'm not gonna let this minor inconvenience drag me down. We then went to arbys who had absolutely amazing service so go there. Then as we are walking out they are vaping in the store and looking at us. They proceed to ask if we like birds and flip us off. All while smiling and laughing I will never be back in this establishment for as long as I live. Snot nose white women.
