Was dining alone. While eating a person entered store with their food and drink from outside ( not KFC food). Requested a water cup filled it with ice and filled with brought in pop. Then proceeded to eat uncrushable ( peanut butter and jelly sandwiches) whilst picking nose and making disgusting noises ect. Attempting to talk to other customers whom appeared to not want conversation. The counter staff and 1 who appeared to be store manager allowed a nonpaying person to bring in outside food and annoy paying customers. This person was just ignored by KFC Staff. Was impressed by improved service as far as food. Cleanliness was improved from previous vist. Food quality was fresher than last vist. It appears they have a store manager who improved a lot from my previous vist. Only exception was observing and allowing a non-patron to annoy paying guests

This KFC experience was the worst I’ve ever had. The staff was incredibly rude, and they were completely out of the original chicken during peak hours at 6:30 pm. It was unbelievable!

Worst KFC! Sat in the drive thru for over 10 minutes while the 1 person there repeatedly told us to wait 1 more minute. The lobby was closed and people continually pulled up to the drive thru before eventually driving off in frustration.
If you are the owner of this establishment you should know how poorly your place is being run. Absolutely zero professionalism, and we watched customer after customer leave without even placing a single order. And apparently this place has a reputation for being like that. How on earth does this place stay open?
I never even got my meal. I just sat there and eventually left.

The prices have gone up. The chicken is so small, it's like you are serving fried Cornish hen.

BEST CHICKEN!! Having sworn off KFC in my hometown, this store has converted me back! The service was kind and fast. The chicken was fresh and NOT dried out and chewy!! NEVER do I give all 5 stars.

This KFC is so sad and I am not the only person in Hutchinson that feels this way. Anytime you go to get chicken 5 to 9:00 pm they repeatedly tell you that they are out of either chicken and it will take 20 min. wait. There is not that much business in line and if all they sale is chicken basically and the price you pay should you get it when you pull up. Makes you feel like employees just don’t want to work so the customers will leave as I did and they do very little. Whomever owns this franchise should be looking at your managers so so sad we can’t have a decent one!
