Please feed your employees! Out of state customer buying for huge family and was shorted chicken 5 white pieces. Very upset, expensive meal only to fall short! Feed your employees! So damn sad!

Dude literally told me 5 minutes they just waiting on nuggets so I said no problem texted to the person I was ubering for told them 5 minutes, turns out 20 minutes later I’m still sitting there and I asked them are my nuggets about done for the order the dude starts getting mad at me for asking if they about done after he had told me 5 minutes then I waited another 20 minutes as he proceeded to grab the chicken with his bare hands as he was putting it in will never be accepting an order from kfc in my lifetime. Straight up embarrassing for kfc wow might needa hire some new employees ?

Ordered via app 2 full hours ahead of time & they didn't have what I ordered. Plus, when I called to ask what happened, they said, "KFC" and promptly hung up on me before I could say anything.

Buffet was horrible! Absolutely no service. Pretty ridiculous for sure. I've never seen it as bad as tonight
I used to be an employee of this KFC. I kindly gave two weeks notice and worked the whole two weeks before I quit my job because the store manager was causing a hostile work environment. Had to go back there a couple of months ago to get my W2 and she pulled my info up on a computer screen. She had my status down as terminated. So just gos to prove if you work there don't bother giving them 2 weeks notice before quitting, they will disrespect you by claiming that they fired you .

Ordered at 614, got my food at 640, took 4 employees to clean a mess, then wouldn't give me anything for the wait, said we dont do that.
Did the drive thru. The meal was delicious but the wait time was over 20 minutes!

I went in tonight, I was in a good mood got my food and went home. Checked our food and we were short 4 pieces, okay no problem accidents happen. I called and the lady named Melanie had answered (who took our order to began with) she was semi-rude on the phone, but I went ahead, drove back. Well once I got in the store, I let her know I was the one who called. She asked me what I was missing, so I told her I really don’t know , my husband was the one who checked initially, but he said we only got legs and two thighs. She then proceeded to tell me, I was the one who made your bucket so I know what I put in there, I’ll just give you one of each. Alright, whatever cool. I’m getting my chicken (literally she gave me the smallest pieces) so I’m not gonna complain, but the whole time she was RUDE while talking to me, then proceed to instead hand me my food, she threw it at me and gave me a smug look. I had enough at that point, I went a head called corporate and made a complaint. I was civil, polite and calm, then getting that behavior from the lady. Absolutely NOT, I won’t tolerate being disrespectful.

The employees are friendly, and we like the food. However, at least every other time we go there, we get home we realize we didn't get all the food we paid for. I wish they'd double check the orders before handing them over.

8 piece bucket full of pigeon sized pieces. Tasted great, but when did chickens shrink by 70%? I understand profit margins are slim, but I feel cheated. I usually don't complain because I work in Customer service, however.... KFC has placed quality and profit over Customer retention.
