I know this location gets a bad rap but tonight this was not the case. After having difficulty placing my order online, I called the store. The gentleman who answered was friendly, courteous, and most helpful. Both him and the manager went above and beyond tonight to help me. When my kids picked up the food (as I'm sick), again...nothing but great customer service!! Every time I go in there, both him and the female manager are always super friendly and helpful. Thank you face tat guy and boss babe!! You both are truly outstanding!! (Oh and the food was good too)

There were teenagers running in and out of the kitchen and front door, not sure if they were on shift or not because they weren’t in a uniform. They were screaming and goofing around in the kitchen, while there was a line out the door of people waiting to have their order taken. A woman who I assume was the manager was very friendly and helpful with taking orders after several minutes of waiting. The music playing in the business was very vulgar rap unfortunately, and the manager was constantly being interrupted by her teenage son as she was trying to help customers.

Worst service I've experienced. You'll wait half an hour for an order of one pizza on a slow night, the kitchen and waiting area are very dirty, and half the time the lady behind the counter will be on her phone while cutting pizza. Not worth the wait.

Busy but worth the wait. I was surprised at how fresh everything was as I have been unimpressed at other locations. No big deal they forgot the sauce cups, it was a Friday dinner rush. I'll be back!

They charged me for a pretzel pizza and did not have any salt on it I wasted 25$ and the pizza was poorly made no cheese on it and over all look unsanitary as soon as you walk in. No quality

I hate to be so critical of this place cuz they're so busy all the time and the workers really do try to get everything done in a timely manner but it seems like they prioritize DoorDash orders over online orders or even in person orders
