I've never had any problems with my food quality and getting exactly what I ordered. The staff has always been friendly too! Quick delivery time when I've had to park and wait.

Horrible! Out of the nowhere I'm told they haven't been open 24 hours for months when I doordash every night, and frequently go through this McDonald's. What confuses me is why there's a whole crew of people in McDonald's collecting a paycheck while also telling people they're closed. When driving through the front of the store, I can clearly see everybody sitting around in the lobby on their phones doing nothing. Call me crazy but I don't think a corporation would want people getting paid to sit around and do nothing when it's easier to just leave the store dark and let people figure it out for themselves. Being a fry cook isn't an easy job by any means, but it takes a special kind of lazy to do that kind of stuff. Because of them I've had to cancel several doordash orders and lost out on money as well as my customers losing out on their food. Absolutely ridiculous. It's one thing if I just wanted food for myself, but this has cost me over $40 of orders that otherwise would not have been placed. Whoever them current managers are, they need to be replaced ASAP. An entire crew is inside sitting around dining nothing. If you were truly closed, then why are there multiple people inside getting paid well after the closing hour I was told? Just doesn't make sense to me.

I ordered food to be delivered and my grandsons hamburger came with no hamburger. Just 2 buns. When I called the female named Dena was very rude amd not helpful at all. Her attitude was so bad I had to hang up on her. What happened to good customer service? Very disappointed!

I went tonight they had me pull forward I waited 25 minutes decided to go in and couldn't get in cuz it was about 10pm and they locked doors I finally got in by some lady mopping inside they didn't have my food made completely forgot about me outside and got to car food was cold worst experience at a McDonald's is always on 4th street in hutchinson ks I will never go back to that one

absolutely horrible. ordered some caramel frappes. 4 to be exact. curbside. it took 20 minutes. then on my order i had extra caramel. drinks came out. not even filled up all the way. barely any caramel. and the person that brought it was okay, but just said âhere you goâ some of the people in this generation are lazy and have no respect.

Went through the drive through this evening, the larger man with glasses at the first window told me my total and when I misheard him and asked politely if he could repeat. He ignored me, so I yelled at him and still got ignored. Horrible way to treat customers.

Every time I order food from this McDonaldâs there is food missing and the quality is terrible! I didnât get my breakfast this morning and the burritos that I did get are rock hard on the ends.
