Went thru the drive thru at about 10:20pm and there was no one to take our order. I was confident that the website said they were open till 11pm. So we went nextdoor to Arby's to get our meal

Opens at 5am, at least that what it says. Showed up after 5:30 and sat in the drive thru for over 10 minutes waiting for someone to take my order. No one ever did... I'm sure they have a great excuse though, they always do! Pulled around to see everyone chatting at the front counter. Only one reason for that, poor managment... If that's the extent they go to for customers, imagine what kind of cleaning actually happens! Enjoy!

The one star is because I ordered a medium chocolate shake, when I got my shake it tasted like mold 🤢. Next time I'll get my shake at DQ

Fast food in the drive thru was not fast at all. By the time we got to the windows, the fries were luke warm. The shake machine was broken. I might not of ordered if I would have known abt the shake machine. Maybe it'll be a better review.

I usually don't get upset over fast food. Cause i know how busy they are. But this time was just dumb dumb. They said they couldn't find me. I never left stall 4. They also refused to give me a refund when I didn't wana wait another 20 mins on food. 14$ wasted.

I was waiting in line at the drive thru and they kept skipping over me and putting everybody in the other lane through the line ....5 cars later. I decided to go in and get my order. If I had not ordered on the app, I would have left.

Since we moved to hutch 3 yrs ago the experience here has always been below par. From food wrong to constantly getting drinks wrong. Not sure what has occurred in the last year but all the McDonald’s seem to have mostly new employees. LANe enterprise who owns these doesn’t care for customers either as they don’t follow up when there is an issue. Most recently the one on 11th seems like no one ever works the front register you can stand there for 5-10 min and people will act like they don’t see you. The service is the worst at any McDonald’s and it only shows when the owners don’t care either
