Went through drivethu was ignored for ten minutes while they finished 'cooking the nuggets', fine I would accept that if the girl had not avoided the window the whole time, on top of the stupid wait on fast food of the 3 items I ordered only ONE was correct, and then the window women called me " honey" and asked me to say thank you for the fresh nuggets. . . .wtf? Both quality and service need to addressed

Usually have a good experience. Wasn't all that busy but our order was a little messed upDietary restrictions: I had asked for no bun on my sandwich. I got funny looks and big huffy from the person taking my order. Some dietary restrictions are no laughing matter. Just because they don't understand those restrictions doesn't mean I should be treated differently. Keeping your irritations to yourself and giving your best in those situations are appreciated.

Normally my husband and I frequent but industry standards in inflation have made their usual cost for a meal ridiculous for the quality. I understand they changed some things but not enough to warrant this much of an inflation. It's not the fault of the workers. The workers are often very kind and we usually say hello to Patrick every time we come in. However with industry standards and inflation as high as it is for even just one sandwich. We think we will stay home more often. Just for a bonus comment: the sandwiches usually appear slapped together and the order is rarely correct as I have to modify for an allergy. Fast is good but fast and efficient is better. Please coach staff to double check the orders on the screen and tickets before going out to the customer especially in drive thru. This helps prevent unwarranted and accidental allergic reactions for those that have them and ensure customer satisfaction when the correct order goes to the correct customer.Thank you for your continued service ? you all have a lot to deal with this time of year with short staffing and end of year meetings. Understand the struggle entirely. Not criticizing just offering friendly advice to aid in efficiency.
