Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

They brought back the steak gorganzola. Yeah! It was awesome. Our waitress was excellent. She kept checking with us to make sure that we didn't need anything. And the other servers greeted us as well whenever they passed by. Excellent Job OG.

Parking: The only fallback was that there is no way to get in there except climbing up a big curb. There is handicapped parking with ramp access but its quite a ways from the door. They need a ramp for drop offs at the door.

If i could rate 0 stars i would service was terrible food sucked manager had no clue what they where doing you could tell it made the workers and others very uncomfortable james the general manager had a very rude and unprofessional aditude cara was no better she basically called me i lier when i told her i had a bad experience i will NEVER be back i dont recommended this place to ANYONE!!!

My wife and I had a great meal at O.G.
The Hutchinson Location is one of my favorites. The staff is very attentive.
Kudos ..... She had the steak garganzala and I honestly can't remember what mine was called. It had breaded ( sliced up chicken on top of a ravioli type noodle.

Jayden, our waiter was awesome. A gentleman who checked on us over and over again. He was constantly on the move, and he was also helping other waitresses around him. Friendly polite young man who was great. The lady manager who walked around asking how it was, was real fake and short with people. I wanted to tell her about our waiter being awesome and she just blew us off. I would suggest a better manager. Maybe Jayden could teach her a few things about respecting guest. Jayden 5 stars. Food was great as well. Female manager 1 star.

Not a terrible place. The atmosphere is very inviting, very clean and hosts and hostesses are friendly and greet you as you walk in. It is fairly busy in the evening. They serve hardy meals so you won't leave hungry. The food is good and they also have alcoholic beverages and desserts. Service can be slow, but you have to take into account that they have several tables to serve and take care of and if they are busy they may not get to you as quick as you'd like. The service is friendly though.

Parking: Parking can be a tight squeeze if there are a lot of people.

Kid-friendliness: There is a kids menu. I don't have small kids so haven't really looked at it

Stood at door forever then couldn't get a table. I had knee surgery so booth wouldn't work she was rude said she had nothing so we left

Waited for 15 minutes for someone to come to our table and wait on us. They set 10 people across from us. I have no problem waiting on everyone else. But no one came to wait on us. This is the second bad experience at this restaurant. We will give them one more chance, and then never go back to this restaurant. It’s a shame. This Olive Garden used to be great.

Great service and delicious food! However, we were quite disappointed to have a reservation a week ahead, only to still have to wait 30 minutes for a table. It seemed like the reservation meant nothing, we still had to wait for an available table like everyone else.

It was everything that I've come to expect from Olive garden. Good hot friendly accurate etc.
