Ordered our food,$140 worth. It took an hour to get here and when it did it was cold. I should have called that night but we were starving. I had already called about it taking so long. The next day I called and spoke with the same person who told me that they would call me the next day with a full refund after talking to their manager. I had to call them back just to be told no I would not get the money back but I would get a $50 credit for my next order. Because I won't order from them again after this fiasco. I am so disappointed . What happened to Pizza Hut? It used to be great!

Worst service tonight. I called 5 times to try to get a hold of the store to request a different sauce for my bread sticks because they don't give any sauce options on the app. Nobody at the store picked up so I gave up. The app said it would be here at 7:30 pm but it didn't get here until after 8 pm and it was cold. I will not be ordering from this pizza hut again. Absolute trash service.

Used to enjoy using this pizza hut on 4th. We won't be using it anymore. The time before last when I went to get our food, the staff was down right rude. And the melt we ordered was half the size the usually are. I figured just a bad day. Then went again yesterday, staff was a little better. Got home only to find out they messed up on the order. It should of been right considering it took them longer to have it ready. We will start using the one on 30th Street from now one.
