The workers are very friendly. I visited here for dinner after I left the State Fair, and I loved it. The food is amazing, like, fricking awesome. I got tamales from there and the tamales were so fricking fire and I loved them, and I also washed them down with a mandarin flavored Jarritos, which was so delicious and refreshing. I also really liked the super spicy salsa. The atmosphere is very nice. It's quiet but it still has calm restaurant sounds which are very relaxing...
My personal favorite Mexican restaurant in town, for around $10-20 you can get more food than you can finish.
I suggest eating till you're about halfway through any meal and the having the rest for take away, it reheats surprisingly well.

Great place but... We waited for 30 minutes before we got chips or a drink order and they were not very busy at the time.
the food was good, my only complaint being seeds in our Chile Relleno AND Poblano. The kids enjoyed their meals
