I'd definitely recommend this place. It's a lifesaver since we don't have a Chipotle in Hutch. I like ordering through the app because I can customize everything and take my time. The food is really good and the staff is super friendly

I ordered through door dash and I noticed that the proportions were about 1/3 of what I would get if I went there myself, on top of that I didn't get the right toppings. very unsatisfied.

So bad. Terrible customer service. Everyone behind the counter seemed uninterested and rude. Made a comment to the checkout lady and was met with more rudeness. Never again.
I am so sick of walking in and having the worst customer service ever. Staff will side eye you for even walking in, and when you get to the ordering station forget being helped for at least 3 minutes, they’ll just walk away. I specifically switched my orders to pickup so I wouldn’t have to deal with the terrible staff as long only to have the pickup take TEN TIMES as long!!! And the bell you have to crawl out of your car to hit to get someone’s attention? Ridiculous. Wish Hutch had a Chipotle.

Was there last Tuesday, go quite often. Employees were more interested in talking in Spanish,then waiting on customers. Lots of giggling & playing with phones. My order was $20 and all I ordered was a bowl. Not happy, felt like I was being ignored. Young man behind counter was extremely rude, ask a couple questions. He turned around and ignored me. Aggravating, very disappointed. Food was good, being waited on took much longer than necessary.
