From reading other reviews, it seems like our experience with Hutchinson Qdoba isn't anything new. We refuse to enter the store as the staff are all very rude and have poor attitudes. We only order pick-up through the app to avoid interacting with the staff because of this issue. If the staff weren't so rude we would probably go more as the app doesn't always work for us. I strongly recommend someone higher up spend some time in the store and help the staff fix their attitudes. From the repetitiveness in other reviews, it looks like speaking to the store manager doesn't do anything to solve the problem. Do better.
