Had the ribs and cat fish with Mac and cheese and fried okra. The ribs were good. There was a lot of cartilage in them. The cat fish was alright. Breading was pretty thick but other than that it was alright. Mac and cheese was very dense and kinda cold. The okra tho was very good. My server was great. The restaurant had some interesting stuff to look at on the ways. For a chain bbq place it’s not bad. I would eat here again.
Glady spent over 200$ tonight because Rachael was our waitress and she was amazing definitely should be looked at for a manager may I say GM position we ordered appetizers she came by the table faster then I could drink a beer and had another sitting there before I could finish was super polite talked to my daughter entertained the whole table all night on top of the 5 other tables she was waiting on food was hot and fast I live over an hour away it was our first time at rib crib...

The service, was excellent. I believe the waiter was Chandler. I haven't had such good service in Hutch in a long time. Very friendly, very efficient, clear and speedy. Kind and helpful!
The food was so good..Holy cow that brisket.....mmmm I should have just ordered a bowl of that. Dang! The fries were very good too!
