Cool local experience if you are in Hutch. Good BBQ and staff is very helpful and friendly. It is a BBQ place so it is a lil smoky, well worth it though. I will be back when I am in Hutch.

Went by today at lunch only 2 people there, guy that cuts meat kept sneezing and didn't cover mouth so I left.

Just as good as it used to be when Ann and Ryan were casting the smells. If you're ever in the area, don't pass on this Kansas gem, some of the best BBQ in the state. Best of luck Kirk! -was nice to meet you yesterday.

There's a reason why this BBQ place has 5 stars across the board. I would give them 10 if I could. Incredibly helpful people: it was our first time visiting and he kindly went through the menu with us. We ordered kids meals for our children and we both ordered sandwiches. The pulled pork is smoky and melt in your mouth, the brisket is out of this world good. If you're on the fence about ordering brisket because you've had a leathery dried up piece before, THIS is the place to get brisket on a sandwich. It is tender and juicy! Ribs are out of control good. The BBQ sauce is on another level and not super spicy. Wonderful people, amazing food, *we will be back.*

One of the best hole in the wall BBQ places west of the Mississippi. Bbq turkey was phenomenal along with the sauce and toast. Don’t be afraid to stop by here and get it while it’s hot. Price is worth the food you get.

Roy's has the best bbq! When returning to Hutchinson, I try to arrive in time to eat at Roy's. Today, I succeeded! And I brought my Texan husband who considers himself a connoisseur of BBQ. He says, "Give them a 5 star!" So I did. Delicious food, friendliest service ever, and it feels like home ❤️
