This is one of the best Spangles restaurants in their chain. I have tried many of them, and this is my favorite. The food is always fresh and hot and delicious. The manager with the long braids kept screaming into the mic calling out orders. We ended up leaving with our food because of how rude and unprofessional she was. Several others that came in all were making complaints and she got into it with one customer. Definitely won’t be coming back till I know she no longer works here. This place needs to do better with their employees because this is unacceptable.
I have always loved stopping by Spangles when we come to Hutchinson, but I was very unhappy today! Before going in, I noticed garlic parmesan chicken strips being touted. So I wanted to try them. The woman taking the orders acted like it was quite a struggle to even listen to us. When the order came out, no chicken strips. Well, she hadn't even charged us for them. I said l don't want anything then. After a while, I went up and asked for at least one strip to taste....
