I order l camerl ribbon couch. They made it to medium. I said that I order large size. I not caught the name of girl but she took it back and pour the large size and fill with whip cream. It too much whip cream

We generally enjoy all the Starbucks places we go (except for the prices) but we go anyway because the coffee is pretty good.
However, this location has terrible service. They always get our order wrong, make our hot orders iced, and never seem happy coming to the window.
If you’re in Hutchinson you’re much better going to a local place or smaller chain like Scooters or Metro. Honestly the turnover at this location and lack of consistent drinks is pestering. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere.

Drive thru is very slow!! Staff was apologetic but clueless to what my order was when I drove up to windows. I had ordered online while waiting for one customer in front of me to get waited on.

So, as always, Starbucks has the best coffee, yummy bacon Gouda breakfast sandwiches and the most delicious brown sugar oat milk shaken espressos!! The kids even like to come here, of course for the cake pops. Can’t forget about the dog! He actually knows when we pull up and anxiously awaits the pup cup he will get at the window!!!! For the most part this location is stocked relative to our common community requests I’m sure but they should always carry everything that hq says to!!! Also when customers actually come in the building; sometimes the staff either has forgotten to make drinks, or are standing together whispering to each other…..which is why I gave a 4.

Usually have a good experience but not this time, when asked about a drink order that didn't seem right the cashier was terribly condescending and would not listen....not sure where this one came from but maybe she needs to move on to something not customer service oriented.
