Used to be one of my favorite places to get a quick bite, but it gets worse like every time I go, for what seems like years. Always out of stuff, less options, crappy service and/or attitude. Really wish we had a Jersey Mike’s there 1000% better

THE MANAGER WAS DOUNG SOMETHING PAPERWORK WISE IN A BOOTH FAR AWAY FROM THE ORDER COUNTER AND SHE WAS PAYING BERY GOOD ATTENTION WHEN I STARTED ASKING ON OF HER WORKERS AND SHE STOPPED WHAT SHE WAS DOING AND CAME CLOSER SO SHE COULD HEAR ME AND ASKED ME WHAT ALL I COULDNT HAVE AND RE-ASSURED ME SHE'D CHECK OVER THE LABELS FOR THE DOUGH THAT THEIR WRAPS ARE MADE OUT OF AND SHE WAS JUST VERY COMPASSIONATE TO MY SITUATION AND A SWEET LADY

It was freezing cold in the seating area. They had ceiling fans running on a cold rainy day. Brrr!
Wheelchair accessibility: Not very accessible. No automatic door. Handicap parking is two spaces with parking lot in poor shape.

This was my favorite location. Ordered last night at 9 (closest at 10) sent my husband to pick up and they were closed before 9:30- they canceled my order. So I ordered again today at 6pm and asked for my sandwich to be warmed (very nicely) and it was ice cold.. and bread hard as a rock. They didn't even attempt. So yeah I'll just keep driving across town where they actually care about business.
