Kingston made my families sandwiches tonight and he was great, patient and courteous. More service employees out there should learn a thing or two from this guy. He did great! And deserves a raise!

This specific place is so bad a stray dog won't come here,service was pretty good though,atmosphere is as same as the food though.
They were super busy when we went, but were smiling and courteous. I do prefer this location, though, because of how nice the staff are.
Vegetarian options: I am not vegetarian, but I do like lots of veggies on my sandwiches, and the variety of fresh vegetables is really good.

Did an online order, got there to pick it up, and they were out of the bread I ordered. They were very apologetic and did a good job to correct the order and get it done as quickly as possible.

I still have subway on a five star but I had a very interesting experience today with my order not going through online through their app. I call the number, it goes to a different place and the first associate I talk to doesn't want anything to do with me . Did not give me the light of day. Another associate took the time to look at my order on my phone, put it together for me after talking to the manager. I daresay that associate needs a raise and a commendation. I didn't catch her name but she's either Hispanic or a light skinned African American. I will update with her name if I ever go back to that location...sure I will...
Good food and decent prices for a large order. The employees seemed like they wanted to be anywhere else and did not share a single smile. I guess with young kids that have to actually do work, that's what you get. There were no mistakes made though. The only other thing I disliked was there weren't any tables with more than 4 chairs so our option for our family of 5 was to either push tables together or sit at 2 separate tables.

We ordered online BIG MISTAKE... they don't read the orders obviously bc they just put whatever they want on the sandwiches not once but twice they have done this. Needless to say if you go there go in person and order your food otherwise you won't get the sandwiches you ordered. They need to learn to pay attention to each sandwich order for real.

ANTS ANTS ANTS!!! An ANT came crawling out of my sandwich! When I took it to register for refund another ant crawled out of my sandwich while laying on the counter then another ant went crawling across the counter while he was refunding me. What other bugs do you have? Clean it up!
