Horribly slow service (literally took 15 minutes to get a burrito and it wasn't lunchtime). Food was undercooked so issues arose later also. 👎🏼

How hard to understand number 10 meal with a soft taco instead gave a number 1. No senior discount as most other taco bells do. As we were almost done with our food found plastic in the grilled steak burrito. As we were leaving my husband could hear the staff cussing using the f word in the back very disappointed in this business used to be a great place

On more then one occasion they have gotten the order wrong and the drive thru is slow. The food is always hot and they load up the burritos really good.

We come here once per year for my birthday and I get so many burritos so I can take them home and freeze them for late night burrito snacks. Where I live we don’t have good burritos

Just dropped 55 dollars and wasn't even upset about it. Nathan the order taker sets a new standard for customer service. Even the other gentleman at the window was on point. Had a van full of warn out tired fair kids and this was by far the best visit to any taco bell I've had in years. What a crew working tonight.

Slow and wrong order and fairly rude staff had unlit cigarette in mouth in kitchen so was more concerned about his break then getting order correct didn't even bother to go back

Long line at the drive through but it moved ok. The drive through menu was missing half of the sign. Food was good. We got exactly what we ordered. The server have us napkins and a straw without us having to ask for it.

I ordered breakfast from this location and received all of my order burnt. Not subjectively burnt, like too dark for me but ok by normal standards, but obviously burnt which should have prompted them to not serve that as a paid order.

Once I was home and noticed, I called to inform them of the issue. After the third or forth time of calling due to no one answering the phone, I spoke to a lady who stated she was the “owners wife”. I explained the situation, and what was her reaction? She laughed. She started giggling and told me that I should have brought it back or called sooner (I had been 45 minutes) and to bring the food back the next morning for them to see that it was burnt to fix the issue. I’ve never been told to save bad food and bring it back the next day for inspection..
