I went to pick up donuts at 6:20 this morning, only light that was on was in the back. I knocked on the drive thru window, and this man told me they were closed. I pointed out the sign on the window that said open at 5am, and he said it's wrong. I have to add that yesterday when I drove by at 6:10, they were indeed open. This man was very rude. Will never spend my money there again.

Saturday hours are wrong. State they open at 5am. Stopped by at 6:05am on Saturday (10/26/24) and still not open. Left along with 2 other cars.

Went through drive-thru a few weeks ago and ordered a "ring" donut and they looked at me like I was stupid. As if they didn't know what a ring donut was. So I said it again.. I just want one glazed ring donut. Still I got the look. I was told "I don't know what your asking for". SMH... When I finally got my order I got home and it was wrong. They gave me a Bismark instead. So I went back and went inside this time and got the right donut. The guy still said he didn't know what I meant. So fast forward to now, I go and order donut holes this time and the price is outrageous. $3 for donut holes and to top it off they tasted like raw dough. This location has gone down hill. I don't know who is running the show now but they can't make a donut to save their life. Need new management... Do not recommend.

Spent 48$ for breakfast, he was being very rushed and wouldn’t even tell me what my order was that he put together, he just said”no it’s too much” then proceeds to give me 3 extra chocolate milks that I had to pay for, found a nat in my sausage egg and cheese biscuit that was saran wrapped, Really unhappy with my experience also at the end right before I paid for it he said if it’s wrong just come back, So he’s just expecting me to come back if the orders wrong? why can’t we get it right the first time???

Iola, ks Daylight Donuts is notnwhat used to be. I got refused service saying they were not open at 5am when clearly states the hours on the building is 5am-1pm. Another time i go at 10am and then they say they have nothing stocked i cant get anything. What kind of business is this?

What a dollhouse. This place is so charming and has so much to offer. More importantly the woman who runs the window is dedicated to making sure you get what you want, how you want it. She's amazing. Stop here if you want a sweet treat and coffee for sure!
