The staff is great. The food is fast. The quality of food it's McDonald's what to be expected but the atmosphere that front area looks kind of dingy at times.
The amount of standing around and talking with each other and I stood for 20 minutes waiting for my food and ended up leaving with half the order smh first time was a rat dying in parking lot and employees grabbing it bare hand no washing then touching food and now this

Worst visit to a Macs in recent memory. Stood at counter several minutes in plain sight of staff before I was served. There were dead French fries and waste paper on dining room floor. More dead French fries all over kitchen floor and a big nest of them under the fry station. Chichen nuggets were barely warm and notably stale. 'Way overcooked, breading was dark brown and hard and dry and crisp and tasted burnt. Yuck.

We just ordered from here and upon opening my mcchicken, I was greeted by completely rotten lettuce. I don't mean slightly wilted, I mean brown dead skin lettuce. To make it worse, they weren't busy so there is simply no excuse whatsoever.
They take forever to get food out. And it's never the right temperature when they do. And they're not always friendly or wanting to make your experience great. Usually understaffed too.

We just came through and got curbside pick-up. There were two cars in that had gone through the drive-thru and the rest of the lot was empty due to the Fair. It was in no way busy however, my McChicken had rotten lettuce. Not slightly brown and wilted, it looked like dead skin. They were not busy at all. This is disgusting. I have a picture that you can find on my Google review too.

Food isn't really that fresh. Was standing in line to order. My daughter and I were the only ones waiting to give our order. We went to step forward towards the counter and 2 teenage boys hurried up and wedged themselves between us and the counter. The employee that was taking orders didn't say anything or make them wait their turn. She just allowed those 2 kids to be disrespectful and basically was okay with what they did. I don't go here often as the employees always act as if they can't be bothered with serving customers and their demeanor is pretty rotten too.

I haven't lived in iola very long, and I've ordered through this McDonalds drive through 3 times. Each time I say I'm never coming back. Cold burger, hashbrown soggy, hard biscuit, a chicken sandwich that had a peice of chicken on it the was more like a nearly solidified rubber... how can the food this bad? I've lived a lot of places and never had the same kind of poor food quality at any fast food.

Pulled up to the ordering screen and I waited 3 minutes before someone answered (they were not busy had one person at the window. When someone did answer they were rude when I asked for a Mtn. dew, I get there is only coke products so as I was trying to figure out what I wanted to drink I was rushed to make a decision, the only other item I ordered was a large fry, simple enough right? That was my thought. Well much to my disappointment I got very cold very stale Fry's and the drink was covered in soda. I will not be revisiting this location and I will go to other places when I am here in town.
