We were told these were "the best cookies ever".On 11-13-21 drove 30 miles one way, paid $37.08 for 3 dozen cookies for a local daddy daughter dance only to receive RUDE service and without a doubt the WORST cookie I have ever had. These things had a terrible half baked taste that literally left a lingering aftertaste in your mouth for longtime! We will not be back!! Guess it's back to the good 'ol tried and true Walmart bakery where I know we'll get delicious baked goods and FRIENDLY RELIABLE service at a FAIR price!

Very rude and had no interest in filling my order. The phone was answered and it was an instant attitude. I was told nothing had changed since the buy out but she would have to wait to quote me until she knew how much work it took. That has never been the case with this bakery. We have had many different types of cookies made here and we have never been told the price would increase once she viewed a picture. I suppose I will have to just keep it local and give my business to some one else. This will be the first baby shower in almost 10 years that we wont have the amazing cookies from Renee's. I'm terribly disappointed and I will recommend people give their money to a business who is constant. .
