Been meaning to post for some time. The food is almost always pretty good. But you can count on 1. A long wait 2. Some of your items will be missing or wrong 3. No sauces, no napkins 4. The staff are usually polite, but the occasional exception is just straight rude.
This is pretty consistent regardless of the say of the week, or time of day. And it can be really frustrating paying upwards of 50$ for a meal for your family, and oh look, were missing the fries, this cherry limeade is just sprite, no ketchup in the bag my daughter's tater tots are cold. I get stuff happens when things are busy but come on guys. The overall quality at this location has been sub-stanard for years.

I thought sonic was made to ordered the last 3 times I've went my food has been cooked and brought to me in 3to4 minutes I didn't no you can cook hamburgers ff and corn dogs in that small amount of time my food has never been hot just warm
I went to sonic and came back with a hair in my ice cream it was a horrible experience Casey an employee they're fixed my ice cream with no problem it was great customer service and yay no hair!!! 😁
