I ordered 2 wraps this afternoon. The young lady who worked the cash register must have been the shift leader as she ended up doing most of the work. She called for a girl to come out and wait for me this girl started making my wraps and then left after putting them in the heater to melt the cheese. She did not come back out despite repeated calls from one I assume was lead employee. Finally this young lady came over and finished the prep and packaged my wraps. I feel the...
Only issue was the new cinnamon churros. They were very dry and didn't taste right. Went to try again later and they were completely sold out of churros and pretzels. They didn't even have the new cookies on the menu.
They always do a wonderful job in catering to my allergies and taking the time to sanitize and wipe everything down for me. They do a great job in making my sandwich, and I have only had them make a mistake once and it was on my wife's sandwich. However, they corrected the problem. Thank you!
