They take too long to make food I put an order in an hour before I showed up and they still haven't made it and I had to wait there for almost half an hour just for them to get done making my meal and making my wife late to work

Let me just say, wow. It honestly amazes me how a work place can smoke a dab pen at the door by the speaker and it be totally legal, according to law weed is illegal in Kansas I have nothing against it, but when you can’t even make food right, and include all the food I order, really makes you wonder, aside from that can we get rid of everyone working here and get new people? Somebody call Tacobell support or somthing there is more 1 stars than 5 stars, these employees are ruining this establishment, I wouldn’t be suprized if it got closed down from these employees, unsafe food hazards, inability to make and give out orders correctly, and smoking drugs where children eat, DOES YOUR CHILD EAT HERE? FIRE TACO BELL EMPLOYEES AND REPLACE THEM!!!

I guess the beefy 5 layer doesn’t get meat now, I added potatoes and got a bean potato and cheese burrito, close this place down absolutely garbage I’ve worked in fast food before, you can tell they literally don’t care about anything, from missing items to incorrectly made items Tacobell has went down hill in Iola ks hopefully someone will contact someone to get everyone fired and get new workers

Incompetent employees who have no drive to make even half decent food.. no one checks the food or Receipt to ensure the food ordered is all in the bag. The line is always a mile long because they can’t get food out fast enough, and when you do get lucky enough to get your food it’s either burnt or they don’t make it as requested… if could give it 0 stars I would due to the lazy negligence… all this took place 09/22/2025 at 4:30pm and I was the only person in line the entire time!!!

I dont know why I keep coming back. Probably because I used to be obsessed with Taco bell. I ordered the crunch wrap and it was literally all tortilla. Hardly any meat, tough and just not good. This isnt the first time. I am so sick of how I get jipped of my hard earned money. This is the only taco bell I have issues with. Do better.

We have been here one hour and we still do not have any food. They did not even know what the $7 value box was. We wanted to dine in but after an hour we just needed to get out of there. There were at least 5 other couples waiting. I would have given zero stars if I had known how
Been waiting for my 2 tacos for 30 minutes. I should’ve noticed the 3 people that were waiting before me. They are still waiting also. Floor is so dirty and sticky, wondering if I even want this food. Lots of conversation, not about orders, but not much food preparation happening. Took 47 minutes to get my food. It wasn’t up to par for Taco Bell that I am used to. No wonder this place always looks deserted. Won’t be back!

I order food at 6:50pm, received food at 7:30pm. 3 tacos, 2 quesadillas. All staff in the kitchen was seemingly lazy, care free & unprofessional. An elderly lady working seemed to be the only one willing to work! They were not busy. In the 40 minutes I waited they had 5 vehicles come through the drive thru.

I got my food and they didnt give me one of my quesadillas, then I went back and I deadass have been waiting for 30 minutes to get a quesadilla. Not to mention there’s a dude in the back bitching about no one doing the dishes since breakfast. It’s currently 8:31pm. Go get Subway.
