We waited an hour to get to the window, then it took another 20 minutes for us to tell the nice lady at the window what all we were missing and what was wrong with our order. Our bowls were missing the rice, chicken, and black beans, when we asked for that stuff we were told they were out of it all, but wasn’t told that when we ordered. Then they did not allow us to substitute any of those things. The only good thing was that the lady at the window was nice and trying to help! Definitely need more cooking staff and more experienced workers! 6/22/25 8:10 pm- 9:15pm is how long we were there.

Probably the absolutely worst place to get food in Iola Kansas. Every time you go here, you wait an hour in line even when you order online they still make you wait like another 30 minutes at the window to which they always messed up your order and then when you go back in to get it fixed, they make you wait another 3 to 10 minutes just to fix some fries. They always mess something up and your drinks are always water down because they make them 30 minutes before you even get your food.
Update: waited 20 minutes to just fix the fries size

We have now been in the drive-thru for an hour. We sat for 30 minutes to get our food for it to be completely wrong. We had to go back around to get the burrito they forgot and waited another 20 minutes. Then, she asked us what the burrito was again at the window. I have seen about three cars pull back around because of a mistake. This is absolutely ridiculous. There is no reason for it to take this long and for there to be this many mistakes. I worked here before so, yes I know it could be busy but it isn't. We are now waiting for the burrito at the window.....it has been another ten minutes for a burrito. The two free taco coupons we have now is a damn joke. Over an hour at this point for a couple tacos and burritos.
After that HOUR spent in the drive-thru, we get home and see that not only have they still messed up the order but they flat out shattered the crunchy chicken taco. This is beyond ridiculous. Absolutely ridiculous.

Sat in the drive for 10 minutes waiting on them to even take my order food was messed up when we got it.
Let me just begin this with I did not have the time to go back a third time. Had to go back because they forgot half my food. Missing an entire crunch wrap, bean and cheese burrito and nachos. i got the right amount of food and i finally get home to open it up and found extremely hard and stale chips, flat worthless crunch wrap (thin, and the ingredients were so sloppily thrown together and not balanced at all) and my bean and cheese burrito had LINT on it and was completely wrong even though i was specific on what i wanted AND they wrote on the package the burrito was wrapped in “no red sauce” which you can clearly see upon opening. Lint is pictures as found on the right side of the burrito in the middle. this is disappointing and disturbing. They were not busy and it wasn’t close to closing time. DO NOT GO HERE!!! Trying to save you a buck cause I wish someone did for me.

This place is a joke. There can be one car in the drive thru, I go inside and it still takes 20 minutes. They have zero concept of time, especially those of us on a lunch break with limited time as it is.
