I haven't had Arby's in forever. This one was outstanding. Delicious food. Great service. Clean dining room and exterior. Way different from the fast food experience where I'm from. I can tell the staff really cares.

I received coupons in the mail and decided to try their Smokehouse Brisket sandwich. It was a huge disappointment. Had to disassemble the sandwich to find any trace of the crunchy onion strings that are so prominent in the menu pic. I also ordered a small order of curly fries. What I received was a half empty box of bottom-of-the-bin broken pieces mixed with crinkle fries. This trip reminded me why I don't eat there except when they have limited time fish. Arby's is a good chain but Junction City is making a lot of food establishments look really bad.

If I’m going to have fast food, it’s always going to be Arby’s. Our junction city store is always fast, friendly clean. The food is always hot. My go to are chicken strips. My last order, I didn’t really care for the chicken strips. I think they may have changed the batter as it taste kind of sweet. Similar to Chick-fil-A, which is not my favorite at all because the batter taste sweet as well.

I recently visited Arby's and had the pleasure of being assisted by an exceptional employee. From the moment I ordered, he greeted me with a warm and friendly greeting, making me feel welcomed and valued as a customer. His positive energy was infectious, and it set a wonderful tone for my entire visit.
Throughout my time there, he was incredibly informative and helpful, taking the time to explain menu items and even offering some great recommendations based on my preferences. It's rare to encounter someone who genuinely cares about the customer's experience, but this employee certainly did. He was attentive, patient, and made sure that every aspect of my order was perfect.
He was truly the delight of my visit to Arby's, and I believe he deserves recognition for his outstanding customer service. Employees like him are what make a business stand out, and I hope he receives some kind of reward for his dedication and hard work. Thank you for making my visit so enjoyable—I will definitely be returning soon!
