From the moment I ordered, he greeted me with a warm and friendly greeting, making me feel welcomed and valued as a customer. His positive energy was infectious, and it set a wonderful tone for my entire visit.
Throughout my time there, he was incredibly informative and helpful, taking the time to explain menu items and even offering some great recommendations based on my preferences. It's rare to encounter someone who genuinely cares about the customer's experience, but this employee certainly did. He was attentive, patient, and made sure that every aspect of my order was perfect.
He was truly the delight of my visit to Arby's, and I believe he deserves recognition for his outstanding customer service. I came here at 10:59 pm on Thursday a young lady helped me with my order at the drive thru. I ordered a chocolate shake small, and she was the most polite and friendly person. I just want to say to her, Thank you. That small gesture from you of kindness really tugged on my heart strings, and it meant a lot to me so thank you for your friendly personality after and extremely hard day.
