I've known the owner of this business for 10+ years. I messaged her to ask if she could make a pineapple upside down cake and she came through! She made a double layered pineapple upside down cake with cheesecake in the middle! It was absolutely amazing, like no other cake I've ever had! 1st of all, this woman can cook! I'm not just talking about she can throw some food on a plate, no! From this gals presentation to flavor to customer service... this woman is the bomb in all categories!!!! Her cheesecakes will make you believe that God wants you to be happy, her shrimp boils offer the perfect kick and I swear you won't believe seafood could of ever tasted so damn good. Her bacon jam (anything with bacon jam) is bacon in its most beautiful form!
