Ate here today. Had fond memories of a and w as a kid. This place was not good at all. Ordered 2 double bacon cheese burgers combos 2 chicken sliders Order of mini corn dogs. And a polar swirl.... Everything was mediocre. Went to get catchup they didn't have any the only things they had were mustard and pickle relish. Asked the front counter if they may have had anything else. Was told no the only thing they could give me was what they already had out... that sucked.... oh well doubt I'll be back

Hello, I recently visited this establishment with my partner (who is trans), and one of the employees (white, was kind of balding in the hairline, hazel eyes and dark hair) called them the T slur. This behavior is unacceptable and whoever this person is should get fired.

I went in just for a root beer float and had to wait awhile as the worker was mopping the floor.. She wasn't mopping up a spill, she was just mopping the floor and saw me waiting at the counter, and said it would be a minute. Then she took my order, and I expected someone else to make my order, since she was mopping the floor and did not wash her hands. I was wrong- she made my order without washing her hands first.

This A&W location has a special menu of burgers not found anywhere else in east coast, their mushroom Swiss melt and the spicy papa is from another planet delicious.. their burgers was the only good thing within 500 miles
