Unfortunately, my experience was negatively affected by the manager’s lack of presence and accountability. The manager was rarely available, and when issues arose, there was no clear leadership or follow-up. This resulted in poor service and unresolved concerns.

I order two banana split and got one dude was rude and ignored me and the little girl defended him and made me it and kept asking what I want on it and was trying to annoy me

This place has amazing ice cream and snacks in the junction city area. I will say tried to change the location to the right location on Google maps and it wouldnt let me maybe you guys can fix it, probably get more business if its correct on map.

I don't usually write reviews for establishments I go to, but this one was badly needed. I came here while visiting family in Junction City, and when I tell you I will be telling EVERYONE I know in the area to avoid this place, I mean it. Yesterday, I witnessed what I assumed to be two people, (at least one being an employee), a woman with highlights and a boy with dark curly hair, walk into the establishment and proceed behind the counter to serve themselves and walk out. Of course, I don't know the employee policy and what discounts/free items they receive, but the thing that I had a problem with was the woman's hair being completely down and falling into the ice cream she was serving herself. Absolutely abhorrent behavior. I immediately turned my car back on and found another place to eat, because if that is how they behave off the clock, I never want to see how carelessly they act with the food ON the clock. Baskin-Robbins needs to check who they hire.

I came here the other day while they were closed for their remodel. The manager was super nice and she even let me come inside and take a quick look! And wow, it looks great!! Can’t wait to come back once they’re open again!!!

Look like they remodel store…look nice and better..exicted to reopen and going for my favorite pistachio ice cream..

Lady with red hair is awful!!! Terrible management!!

I went into baskin the other day and I was welcome in by a lady with red hair and other one with blonde hair. They are so nice help me with everything and I ended up ordering two cakes from there. The lady with blonde hair , took her time to explain the cake ordering process and suggested I order two cakes for my kids. I love that they are so helpful. Great job ladies

I walked in the store the other day wanting a sweet treat and walked out empty handed. The manager Savana was terrible and refused service to me when I did nothing and was only polite. Will not be returning.

$20 bucks for two basic chocolate malts....looks like Wendys or Sonics from now on. plus...not the best location.

Was here 4 days ago with my daughter and friend, staff was nice, even thought it was busy they only took about five minutes with my order, didn’t have Rocky Road so had to try a new flavor which i enjoyed. Overall a pleasant experience to catch up with friends

Kid-friendliness: if your looking to stop your kid from to much sugar, they have these weird creatures that aren’t that expensive and kept my daughter occupied for a little with coloring in the car with the little head band.

Went to pick up a cake this weekend and the customer service was terrible. No greeting when I walked in, waited 5 minutes to be acknowledged. The guy at the counter was rude as hell, giving attitude while asking what I was in for. Atmosphere seemed very tense, cake was good though.
