Was here 4 days ago with my daughter and friend, staff was nice, even thought it was busy they only took about five minutes with my order, didn’t have Rocky Road so had to try a new flavor which i enjoyed. Overall a pleasant experience to catch up with friends

Kid-friendliness: if your looking to stop your kid from to much sugar, they have these weird creatures that aren’t that expensive and kept my daughter occupied for a little with coloring in the car with the little head band.

Went to pick up a cake this weekend and the customer service was terrible. No greeting when I walked in, waited 5 minutes to be acknowledged. The guy at the counter was rude as hell, giving attitude while asking what I was in for. Atmosphere seemed very tense, cake was good though.

Kids went to go get dessert tonight & I ordered a 2 scoop sundae. Bubblegum & chocolate with strawberry sauce. The girl made a face then proceeded to make it with bubblegum & vanilla. If someone ordered something specific, that's how you make it. They just lost my business if they cant be open minded.

Incredible I asked for a vanilla freeze and the employee told me "we are out of vanilla Ice Cream"....I asked "you dont have anynore in the back?" and he told me "I dont think so" (without even looking)...Ill guess I have to go to Pineapple Whip then...

I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!! THIS IS THE WORST COSTUMERS SERVICES EVER!!! THIS STORE IS AFFECTING BASKIN ROBIN NAME!!!!This place need to change Maneger soon!!!! Today for my first y time I call Baskin Robin corporation. I was really patient because the girl was new, but the other one that was training her it was really unprofessional and rude. I get enough and requested my money back and the girl said she will not give me my money back because her manager don't allow her to do that. I just wanted to leave the place because the service was really bad and anything that I requested it was right. But the girl told me I need to eat my Ice cream like that because she will not give me my money back. I called corporate and put then in speaker phone ,when they asked me information the girl refused to give to me, saying that her mangerwill not came to fix the problem and she will no do anything about it. Corporate apologized to me when they heard her talking. I leave the place without my money and the ice cream. It wasn't any costumers service. The store stole my money ,saying that they don't give money back. The only good was that Corporate heard that and they was in shock...When legally a store that don't give money back should have at least a signs posted. Well now I have a open case and I know I will get my money back and never go to that store again and I will tell all my family,friends,co workers and all social media about this. People don't deserve this. This is not about the money is about what is right and wrong.This happened in Junction City. Kansas 6/1/24 at 1:36pmPeople be careful this is not a trust store.

So the store was clean, but there's this really slow. Lady, that has really, really long dreads. And I watched her get her dreadlock into the ice cream and then act like nothing happened. I wouldn't be surprised if every little bit of ice cream in the store is contaminated. Absolute health code violation.

The girl name Kaye that work there is very rude and unprofessional! My daughters icream was very mushy and nasty and she would not let her get another one. I asked for a refund she told me no and there was nothing she could do, so I had to end up paying for another whole icream on top of that one! Very embarrassing to get treated like that in front of other people! Would not give me a number to make a complaint or information on contacting a Manger! Rude rude rude!

I love the dynamics of doll mantecados for children. The employees who have helped me are always very friendly and super patient when it comes time to give them a try.We went recently and there were a lot of new flavors, so we tried it for a while before purchasing.The place is always clean.

Location isn't even remotely correct. It's on the complete opposite side of 6th street in the same parking lot as the B&B theater.1016 W 6th St, Junction City, KS 66441Hopefully this helps someone not get as lost as others

Workers attitude is not for me. Fix it and fix the damn hours on the website so I don’t gotta waste gas?
