Blu Restaurant & Bar

The atmosphere was great and we were even greeted by the owner. Our server only came to our table when she absolutely had to, and she reccomended the chili, but it was very bland and lacking salt and seasoning. I ordered a steak and the first one came our burnt and dry on the outside, but blue rare cold to the touch on the inside. They did a refire and the next one came back super hard seared and tough on top and still too rare inside. My mom's steak was also too rare and she chose not to say anything and ate it anyway.

The food was great we all four got different things the cowboy pork chop is awesome the burgers were juicy the salads were fresh our server never let our drinks empty and was super friendly without being a vulture over the table would loooooove to go again good amount is well worth the price tag

C&C the Builder recommended Blu Restaurant & Bar to us, and they even gave us a gift card to enjoy the experience. On September 9, 2025, we came to celebrate my son’s birthday, and it was truly wonderful. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. What stood out the most was how attentive and kind our waitress was, especially with my children, which made the celebration even more special. I would definitely recommend Blu to others and look forward to coming back.

Our first time visiting Blu, and we will be back. The drinks, entrees, and desserts were amazing. The atmosphere is quiet and upscale. Our server, Lloyal, was top notch!

Amazing Wednesday wing deal you cannot miss. First time eating here and it was really good, their bottomless chips and dip hits the spot too. Love the patriotic decor and the servers are wonderful! Definitely a new local spot for us

My husband and I joined friends here for dinner after a Google search of places to eat. We had outstanding service from Lloyal who was polite, helpful, courteous and respectful. The world needs more young men like him! Thank you for a wonderful evening of delicious food, great service and a great atmosphere.

While I only experienced the drink menu at Blu, it unfortunately left a lot to be desired. The ambiance was pleasant enough, but the quality of the beverages themselves truly missed the mark. Each drink I tried seemed to lack any real depth or careful craftsmanship. For a place that clearly aims for a sophisticated vibe, the bar program felt surprisingly amateurish. It's a shame, as a good drink can truly elevate an evening, but these certainly did not. I was hoping for something memorable, but instead, I was left underwhelmed and frankly, quite disappointed.

Very few patrons but a very loud group of women was seated in the next booth. The broccoli cheddar soup was watery. The open faced prime rib sandwich: the mashed potatoes were ON the sandwich. The meat was rubbery. My daughter’s shrimp po’boy had 3 tiny shrimp. I barely made it home before I had to run to the bathroom. Ugh

Food was over cooked and small I ordered the 6 oz it was more like 4oz I asked for med/well or some pink but was over cooked and dry. Lastly service was good however we got the bill before we could ask for dessert so we went to sonic

We came. We saw. We frickled. The vibe was great, the staff was on point, and our waitress had perfect timing—friendly, fast, and always there when we needed her. I had the chicken and shrimp, and it was cooked just right—zero complaints. But the real star? The frickles. What even are frickles? Fried pickles? Fried magic? No idea. All I know is we devoured them like wild animals. Even the bearded husband—who rarely hands out food compliments—paused mid-bite and said, “these are almost as perfect as you". Okay, maybe I exaggerated a little on the last sentence, but I'm being honest when I say "10/10 would frickle again".

I think people need to give to place a chance the food was amazing and came out fast and delicious. I have to give the bartender a shout out she was very friendly and I will be back in the future.
