I bought a Jr Whopper meal at 9:30am. The burger was great but the fries were like they'd been sitting there too long and had many onion rings mixed in. Did not order onion rings. Customer service was really good though. The lobby was mostly clean but I could tell not a lot of attention was paid to wiping down some of the tables/seats.

Ordered through the app. Got home and missing an item. Tried contacting BK through the app to get refund for item, but since I used an apple relay the app couldn’t pull up my order. Also no phone number to call for app support and calling store yielded a “ you have to contact app support,” which is nonexistent due to the apple relay used for acct. so, unless you allow them to collect personal info on you, there is no recourse to get a refund. Also, the website says to contact bk.com/support, which is useless as it takes you directly to the ai support chat in the app that glitches if you use apple relay. What a headache. Called store to find another way and told to call back in the morning.

Drive through very slow. It shouldn't matter what time of day. Cashier was nice, treated well. I think she was waiting on the kitchen, or she was having to expedite her own orders. When you wait on food for longer than reasonable, you do expect it to be fresh. It missed the mark. Obvious it wasn't just made, or old stuff was made into a new sandwich. I was giving them the benefit of a doubt because fast food these days are struggling.

Absolutely 100% not okay and if you are going to talk mad shit about a customer do it when your off work. Because you will get called out!

I’ve had many bad experiences here, I always hope that it’s bad luck or just by coincidence but I’m convinced it’s not a fluke anymore they just have terrible staff with terrible customer service. I don’t order too frequently but I order at least 2 or more times a month. This last time I had a very small and simple order, a melt, large fry, and a rodeo burger. My friend had a separate order as well and we let them know we were together. My biggest problem was the staff member named Cindy. They told me they didn’t have the onion rings for my burger I asked if they could just add on a small fry for the trouble and they said no so I asked them to refund that burger and because it was a mobile order they said I’d have to cancel the whole order and wait 3-5 business days for a refund but I’d have to reorder my other items if I wanted them (aka id have to pay again before getting my money back) I said that it wasn’t fair and there had to be another solution could they ask a mgr. They did after scoffing and saying that they wouldn’t say anything different but they did end up getting us a value size fry which we were okay with. While we were waiting they took two dine in orders and many drive orders. Everyone got their food before me including my friend (who was waiting for my food before we would eat and later ended up getting cold) so we decided to speak up and ask how long to which they were confused asking what we were waiting on, we reminded them of the order and the lady we dealt with (her name was Cindy) was very rude and asked what of the order we were waiting on since the fry substituting the burger was right there in her warmer I answered I was waiting on the whole order and that the fries were to substitute the onion rings on the burger and not the burger itself (burger was 1.99 and the value fry is 1.69). She took the cash orders at the register, carried out and order to some customers in the lobby and then went straight to cupping fries with her bare hands which is very disgusting to me. She did not wash her hands either. We ended up waiting 25 minutes for my order and all I asked for was some bbq to which she insisted I pay for, I understand they charge for sauce but I figured after waiting for 25 minutes it shouldn’t be a big deal to hand it to me for inconvenience sake. And to top it off the rodeo burger bun was like burnt and separating. At the end of the day if Cindy was a little more friendly and less annoyed at us for wanting them to make the situation right then I wouldn’t be so upset. But 25 minutes is ridiculous for two burger and two fries especially at 230pm when it’s slower business (we also couldn’t get water cups larger than small, again in customer service she should be offering us larger cups just for the inconvenience of waiting so long but they acted as if we were being ridiculous) over just disgusted at the lack of gloves and hand washing and so very upset at the long wait and the lack of customer service to make things right along with attitude.

Food was absolutely disgusting I got home which I only 2 minutes away from Burger King my food was cold my onion rings hard as a rock so was my fries and the person that's working there is extremely rude it does not like when you call up there and make a complaint about food or trying to get your money back be advised I would never go there

The employees here are quite kind and have fantastic attitudes. The building is always clean as well.

This particular location has begun to charge for sauces, which seems excessive considering none of the others I've gone to within and outside of this area do not and it already cost nearly $30 already for two Whoppers during the Aadams Family promotion. There is no indication of this anywhere until you ask for sauces after receiving your order, and then you are limited to 3.
