Best donuts west of Kansas City!!!! The quality, texture, flavor, and sweetness is superior to any donut chain. These donuts are not overly sweet and overloaded with sugar. I went all the way here from Fort Riley, just for them to say they’re out of regular glazed donuts at 8:30am. How are you out of donuts that everyone wants? & then yall don’t close until 1pm, so why not make more? I’m pregnant and really wanted them. All I could do was cry in the car back home.

Don't get me wrong. Their donuts are really good but when I asked for 2 old fashioned donuts the cashier who has a thick accent asked me a bunch of confusing questions like about yesterday or if I wanted 2 more donuts. And since it costed less than 3 bucks I had to use cash or go to an atm to take money out or get 2 more donuts. I don't wanna eat too much so that's why I only wanted 2 donuts and are you freaking serious about the whole 3 dollars crap?! I'm having a very bad day and all I wanted was some donuts to help me calm down but nope all i got was a cashier asking me confusing questions and that i couldn't use a debit/credit card on an order that was less than 3 dollars! I decided to go to an atm to take money out so that I get get my old fashioned donuts. After i came back the old fashioned donuts were already GONE!!! Are you freaking kidding me?!!! That tears it! I'm never coming back here!

The donuts are good. And the store is nice! But the staff is weird. I’ve been in 2 times total. And both times I got the same staff experience. You don’t get greeted when you walk in. They don’t ask what you want they just stare at you until you tell them. They just seem annoyed with life and unhappy about work. It makes it very awkward.

Decent donuts 🍩. Service was kind of weird. Selection wasn't very big. None of the donuts come filled, you have to request filling. I didn't know that, so I have an empty donut lol. I probably wouldn't come here again, but it wasn't terrible.
They don't put filling in the donuts unless you ask them to. They have a tray of donuts that look like they have filling but they don't. What is the advantage to doing business this way. Why add the extra step. Put the filling in the donuts and sell them as such.

The donuts here are always fresh and delicious. It's not a place where someone can come in, grab a donut and sit down to enjoy it. As for the service, its hit or miss. I don't think I've seen the same person twice but I don't get donuts very often. Typically, the employees are pretty "meh" about their job, not real friendly but not rude either. But the donuts are good and that's all that really matters to me.

Love the donuts but I’m an apple fritter person. Over the last three months I seem to never be able to catch when yall have apple fritters. I’ve varied the days and time as early as 0630 all the way too noon. Recently a new guy has been working the front and aside from bagging and taking money he seems pretty clueless and rude.i will say the staff is normally very friendly and helpful. This kid didn’t even act like he gave a damn.

I guess the only way to get any type of service from this place is to personally know the owner, immediate service when you walk in the door. Who cares if there were other customers standing in line, who had already been waiting for several minutes to even be assisted, only to be pushed aside. I now believe the negative reviews I've read and the things others have told me about this business.
