12/31/2025: Wamego Donut Palace completed a 6-Dozen order for me overnight. AMAZING, Cannot say that enough. I offered up Friday if they could not make today happen and they called back with “the 31st is a go.” Quality of the donuts are PERFECT! This place makes the most delicious donuts, sweet treats, sandwiches, sausage rolls, biscuits and gravy and boudin! The management is kind, friendly and caring to all. Strongly recommend everyone gives it try!!

I decided to check out this donut shop this morning for the first time and I will be a returning customer! The donuts were so cute and decorated for the holiday (Easter) and they were very soft and tasted delicious! The staff members were amazing, welcoming and very friendly! They gave me a cute little Easter bucket for the Easter donuts I ordered. 💖 if you have been skeptical on checking them out, just do it. You won’t regret it.

Went in today and the employee at the cash register couldn't be bothered to return the greeting of his customers as we walked in. During the transaction, he didn't smile and didn't talk at all. He mean-mugged the whole time and looked like he didn't want to serve us.
Sir, take some customer service classes if you're going to be in a customer-facing position...

The last two times I have gone there the guy with the puffy hair has not said a word to me. The first time I thought maybe he had laryngitis. But it is quiet obvious he is just rude. The place looks like a trash dump. Owners need to make some changes or it's going to be out of business.

I stopped here to get donuts and the location didn't appear very well kept. There was a strange odor inside most likely from the vape shop next door which was a huge turn off. It also didn't appear very clean inside either. The donuts didn't look very good and they even tried to sell me day old donuts. I have never been to a donut shop that ever tried to sell me day old donuts. The ones I was sold didn't taste very fresh which made me think I already bought day old donuts at regular price. This is the first and last time I ever buy donuts here. Next time I will stick with the other donut shop in town which is so much better or even grocery store donuts would have been a better option.

Walking in we were ignored by a young gentleman with an Afro for several min. He sat a table playing on his phone. Inside of the bakery looked like a a basement storage room. By the time we made it to Casey’s we threw the donuts away. Don’t waste your money here!
