I don't really truly eat Chinese food. What I did eat was either (temp) warm and a couple of them were hot. 7:00 p.m. on a Sunday night. Not too busy. For One person. Buffet meal and soda ran about $18.50. Plus real tubs of ice-cream. Not soft serve

Nasty food, bad customer service … I guess small town people that rate this place a 5 has never had real good Asian food from a big City….
The food was delicious, fresh, hot and so many options. One row of American food and 2 rows of Chinese options plus a dessert, soups, sushi, and salad bar. Plenty of ice cream options in the back too. Honorable mentions: fried chicken wings, honey chicken, fried rice, sushi, crab rangoons, broccoli beef, and egg rolls. I got so full I couldn’t even try everything and I didn’t get to the American buffet side (the Mac and cheese looked good), plenty of options. It’s kid friendly too with pizza, fries, etc for the little ones. 2 of us ate for $29 which was for the dinner buffet and 2 drinks. Lunch buffet is cheaper as well as kids under 12. The dining room was clean and they constantly had servers who came by to refill your drinks and clear your used plates they also kept the buffet area cleaned of spills and refreshed of food. Unfortunately we don’t live here but I hope to be back soon. Seems like a popular restaurant since there were plenty of people dining in although it wasn’t crowded.

This was my first visit. I found the establishment was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The food was good. I really liked the fried scallops and the hibachi chicken. Overall, everything was really good.

Don't listen to the nay-sayers.... Family Buffet is, and has always been a tasty and friendly spot to eat. The tables aren't falling apart, the food is fresh and if they get low they do consistently bring out more. The taste is good and the staff-- management on down-- is careful to visit be sure the clientele are served and satisfied. If ever anyone feels anything is lacking, they are quick to order a fresh pan of something cooked, etc... and around town among locals it is often joked that "even if the food were NOT good, we'd patronize them anyway simply because the staff and owners are so friendly. But the Food IS good : contrary to some reviews I saw, the soup is never thick & dried out and the crab Rangoon aren't dried up and empty... etc etc etc. The sheer numbers of people coming this place on a regular basis speak for itself. We are glad it is here!
It's OK, lots of choices on the buffets. Was 3/4-1/2 full of customers for lunch. That's a plus. It was clean but lacked in something. Food is fresh but not overly HOT. A number of light fixtures were not working or band-aid back to a somewhat working status. It looked like there was a homeless man who had been sleeping in the bushes in front of the restaurant with a backpack for a pillow and a meat mallet for self-defense. So, I just don't know. Was it enough of how good the food to get me to try again? No, not really.

Service was excellent, staff was on top of their game filling my drink and cleaning my plates. Food was great for a buffet, I tried a little bit of everything. Inside was clean and decorated, needs a small amount of repair but only it you look for it. Outside looks like the place closed down, but that is typical with most Chinese buffets. Would mind a better outdoor presence to show they are still in business. From out of town so I didn't know. Sqw they had under 4 stars so I thought I would help bring up their ratings.
