Got hamburger order wrong, asked for sauce but didn't get any, spicy chicken sandwich was soggy. No napkins. Males were completely liquid, not frozen. This place lost our business.

Quite possibly the best chain burger joint I have been to. The burgers and other ingredients are fresh. I also appreciate that they offer a lettuce wrapped burger which is a much healthier alternative to the bun.

I ordered on yesterday..there was hair in my frozen custard and hair in my steak burger. I had to throw it away. I couldn't go back to return it because I had to get back to work.

The last couple of times we’ve stopped for dinner it’s freezing inside the restaurant and they don’t season the French fries at all. The cold temps inside make the food less desirable, if u even get the right order, as it gets cold before u can even eat it all. This used to be a very good restaurant but they re making a start decline.

We stopped at the Junction City Freddy's and they were great. 3 busses of high school kids plowed through their doors around 8 pm and the employees that night handled it like pros! Good job guys!

The fries, as always, we're FABULOUS; but the burger patties are SO smashed thin that even a double might not fill up most guys. For the price, it wasn't worth it for us; however their staff of mostly all highschool kids were EXCEPTIONALLY kind, cheerful, and helpful, AND the place was VERY clean!

They were unable to keep up with the orders. So several of us, from a band trip, were unable to eat our frozen custard orders before we had to leave on the busses.

They have messed up my delivery orders every time. I even waited 6 months before I ordered from them again. Some “manager” who took my complaint sounded like she was chewing gum and twelve years old. It’s pathetic how the service has become. It’s no wonder why people from other countries are taking jobs from us. Nobody knows how to raise a child to be a leader.
