Their pizza is awful. I expected a interesting artisan pizza, I effectively received a cheap microwave pizza for $20. Total garbage.

Cool place, good service from bartenders. Food was meh 😕 room temp fries, nacho chips stale couldn't bite through most of them, asked for well done burgers got medium rare, asked for applesauce with kids meal got fries. Could be the best place in town if the food was top notch.

SO SO good!!!! The food was amazing! Stopped in for lunch and everything was fantastic. We shared the nachos, which were well made with toppings covering the chips. Also had the French dip and the bacon burger. Best lunch in a long time!

First time trying Highwind Brewing, it did not disappoint. The lakehouse beer was wonderful! My cajun chicken sandwich was spicy and juicy, I also had the fried pickles and they were delicious. I'll definitely be back.

Had the French dip special, solid execution all around. The beef had a deep, satisfying Maillard sear that carried plenty of flavor. The au jus was rich and well-seasoned without being salty, the roll had just the right toast without going brittle, and the fries were crisp with good texture. Simple meal, done right. If the French Dip is available, give it a try.

The environment was very nice, clean, and inviting. My husband, Son and myself had dinner there last night for the first time. My dinner was very delicious, bot my husband and Son also enjoyed their meal. Thank you for a great time there.

The place was packed, causing us to think it would be great. Sadly, we were very disappointed. The burgers were overpriced and dry. The nachos were ok. The beers were just beers but the apples cider was not good on any level. The room was loud, but expected because of the large number of people present. It appeared to be popular with the locals but, overall, the experience was mediocre. Perhaps the pizza side was better.

I love coming to The Highwind! My favorites are Steak night.

The burger, fries and beer all are really good. You never know what you are going to get when driving cross country, but this place was cool, clean, friendly, affordable with good food.
