I ordered a cheeseburger with bacon and fries and at first glance, it was all good. Then I cut into it and it was quite pink. I sat and waited for the waitress to check on me while my friend enjoyed her meal. She never came. Still hasn’t as I’m writing this. Her name? I don’t know, she never introduced herself.
Edit: the manager came over and was very apologetic and made the situation right. I appreciate that effort and sincerity and will give it another try.

Amazing experience with the staff and food being equally incredible. Kahni H was our server and I couldn't have asked for better waitstaff she was super friendly and upsold my wife and I on milkshakes we never would've gotten. This place is way better than the Ihop in manhattan! Definetly my families new breakfast shop! I'd give 6 stars if I could, 10/10 will dine again!!

I was in the Junction City IHOP on 27 March 2025 as has been my Sunday morning breakfast routine for sometime now. Especially the last 6 months. So I have a pretty consistent time frame to base this review on. To that end I have to say that there has been a significant improvement in all areas of the operation at the Junction City IHOP. With that I had also noticed a change at the manager position and, over time several changes in the staff. So I can only attribute this improvement to the manager Luis Martinez and his staff. Really good job to these folks and Luis’ leadership.

I opted for the Fisherman platter and may I say, it was delicious! The presentation was superb as well! The food came out hot and crispy, just the way it should be. The waitress was attentive and very respectful. If your nearby, I would definitely recommend this IHOP for your hunger needs.
