I was in the Junction City IHOP on 27 March 2025 as has been my Sunday morning breakfast routine for sometime now. Especially the last 6 months. So I have a pretty consistent time frame to base this review on. To that end I have to say that there has been a significant improvement in all areas of the operation at the Junction City IHOP. With that I had also noticed a change at the manager position and, over time several changes in the staff. So I can only attribute this improvement to the manager Luis Martinez and his staff. Really good job to these folks and Luis’ leadership.

I opted for the Fisherman platter and may I say, it was delicious! The presentation was superb as well! The food came out hot and crispy, just the way it should be. The waitress was attentive and very respectful. If your nearby, I would definitely recommend this IHOP for your hunger needs.

I haven't been there for a while after my last visit. My friend and I had the most amazing breakfast there recently. The service was amazing and the food was delivered hot and fresh and very timely!! Thank you all that made it happen!!
I had went in for lunch with a friend. We got sat in the smallest booth possible by the kitchen there was other booths available. After receiving the check just felt rushed and the experience wasn’t greatest. Staff was ok and service ok. I won’t be returning I’d rather goto Chilis.
