Large portions and moderate pricing. It's your basic Chinese food but it hits the spot

Passing thru, asked a local. Food was good, hot and prompt. Restaurant was clean. Staff made an effort. Would do it again.

Great food at a reasonable price. They have dishes that can work around dietary restrictions like pork or vegetarian.
Definitely a friendly staff.

Grunts House

Only place I know that uses breaded chicken for their bourbon chicken in their menu. The picture on their menu shows nonbreaded chicken. Not the breaded, frozen crap chicken that they use for every other item on their menu. The sauce was pretty bland, guess I'll just have to get it in manhattan from now on.

I love this food and sometimes there's a problem not often so I call ASAP and I want to reiterate these are the kindest people you could talk to about anything I explained my problem and we all were able to come together and fix the problem there's no restaurant that doesn't have a problem but you must be civil as they have lots of people they serve I've ordered from here for a long time and I will try no one else thank you Jin Jin Garden

This is our first time trying Jin Jin- the hype of their food improvement since re-opening is what led us here. We did takeout.
We ordered the Empress Chicken with white rice, the Honey Chicken with Fried Rice, and the General Tso’s Chicken with chicken Lo Mein.
Overall, the food just lacked flavor- even the standard American Chinese dish flavors.
The Empress Chicken was a crispy battered chicken, it had the best texture and best tasting sauce. The General Tso’s and Honey Chicken were like a standard Sweet and Sour, tempura battered chicken. The chicken and sauces were packaged separately for these dishes, I’m assuming to help prevent sogginess. I think this hurt the flavor, however, making the chicken taste more like grease than the sauce. Both the General Tso’s and Honey sauces were next to flavorless, Im not quite sure how to describe them, honestly just not good. Very different from the same dishes at other Chinese places.
The fried rice was meh, but the Chicken Lo Mein was good and had decent flavor.
I was really hoping the food would be comparable to either Chens or Tasty China House in Manhattan, to avoid the drive- sadly, it was not.
If you’re going to try it- go for the Empress Chicken and Chicken Lo Mein. You do get large portions for the price!

I want to give them a full 5 stars but they be using hella oil in the fried rice lol, it’s got great flavor though. Jin Jin if yall reading this please use less oil when making the fried rice cause once you get to the bottom of that box there’s like a quarter cup of oil! Other than that the food has always been great!!

The food was pretty good, very different from what i’m used to back in Washington. There was no wait time to order and the lady at the counter was very nice and asked if we needed help; which we declined; and said if we did to just ask. My friend and I used the kiosk which was a bit confusing but we figured it out quickly. We went during the lunch deal time which is 11:30 to 1:30; a medium meal and side of either an egg roll or two crab rangoon’s for $8.50. great deal for the size.

The rangoon’s were a bit sweeter than normal ones, The egg roll was delicious, the rice was cooked perfectly and the low mein and orange chicken were amazing. the food was very very hot so we had to let it cool down for a while before we could actually eat it.

The please was very empty but it was a Wednesday in the middle of the day so it’s pretty expected.
