I went there yesterday. Ordered 3 pieces Crispy chiken combo. Only 1 fresh chiken, 2 are tasted bad n rancid smell. 2 chikens it like you been cooked many times🤣🤣🤣 fresh crispy fried chiken the color is not dark brown like this.

How are you not able to sell chicken until about 1 but be open at 1030?? Should have already had the food ready and your servers shouldn't be giving you a lazy answer about it either.

Multiple times I’ve came in here to pick up an order for myself or for DoorDash, and it takes almost an hour and half of the time other customers are waiting the same amount of time if not longer anytime you ask the employees they are rude talk so vulgar and disgusting to their customers.

I ordered delivery. Half of the sides were wrong, didn't get all the chicken ordered, and coleslaw was warm. Though the app gave us back half the money, it doesn't help with dinner.

Customer service is not to par and app is not giving correct data, says it is ready but then go in and still takes 20 more minutes. For expensive fried chicken you think they could do better. Skip the wait and just to Dillon’s at least they keep to the time they give you.

I have ordered from this store multiple times and they always mess up my order but still charge full price. I have to go through doordash each time to get the refund. Its the only fried chicken place in town but i keep giving it a chance. I ordered the fill up box for myself and my roommate which comes with fried chicken, chicken bites, fries, sauce, and biscuits. All i got was the chicken but was still charged full price. I even asked for extra sauce because they always forget it in my box and didnt recieve those either. I called to see why my items were missing and no one picked up. The service at this place is absolutely terrible. Dont order from here unless you are in the store

Id give kfc a -10 review if I could. My boyfriend used to work there as a cook & they made him cook spoiled chicken. He said no he can’t cook it & feed it to people cause kids eat there & the boss yelled at him. He was practically forced to cook it. If he didn’t he would’ve lost his job. They had an inspection when he worked there & they ALLLL failed inspection. They blamed him & cut his hours. DO NOT eat at this place. I hope they get shut down.
