If I could give 0 stars I would this place deserves it. Store is a complete mess there were dirty mop buckets in front of the register, and dirty water pitchers on the ground. I’ll be contacting health inspectors, this KFS should be shut down. Ordered ahead of time via the mobile app, went into the store when the app said the food was ready. Food wasn’t ready! No workers came up to the front counter to greet me I called out and no one answered. i quite literally saw three different people, one coming closer to the register and then they decided to walk out the door for the restroom instead. I left and went through drive through no one contacted through the speaker so I went to the first window where a worker finally noticed me. The worker was completely rude she stated she was the only worker there and she wouldn’t have it ready, I told her I had a pick up and she looked at me with blank face and stated “Yeah it’s not gonna be ready if I’m the only one here with all these orders” I mean okay you could have stated that a completely different way if you actually cared to have a job. This was such a frustrating experience with already living in a town with limited options, we finally wanted to go to KFC. Needless to say this will be the last time we go to this location. This was ridiculous, if you want to waste your time and enjoy food that probably had been sitting on the un-sanitized counter this is your place.

I ordered over $60 worth of food didn’t get on my food tried calling. Nobody answered the damn phone not to mention. I gave them over 45 minutes to have my food done. Had to stand there for 10 minutes before even anybody asked me what I needed because the guy assumes the manager on duty was too busy talking to everybody else and ignoring the people standing at the cabin in mind you it wasn’t busy at all. This is not the first time this happened with me or other people that are waiting for their food or ordered food and had a messed up because he doesn’t do it Right

This is by far the worst KFC, and maybe even restaurant in Junction City. Every time I go, the service is awful, employees are rude, and just all-around horrible service. I went yesterday at 5:00 PM for dinner, and you’re telling me they pretty much had no food dropped. One lady before me was waiting almost 30 minutes and asked for a refund. And there was another gentleman waiting there for over 30 minutes as well (not sure how long he waited after I left and got my refund; he was there 25 minutes before me). All around just a horrible experience. It’s just a shame because the food is good.
Biscuit were rock hard. Chicken looked disgusting. There chicken legs look like Buffalo wings. Paid over $40 for a meal I can't eat.

I waited over an hour for an order that had been marked as ready 15 minutes after I placed it. Multiple people there waited even longer than me. They kept losing orders and going out of order. The staff seemed largely confused and their manager was not very patient or helpful.
