Rude and inconsiderate. Waited at counter for 15 minutes to place an order. An employee finally came near the front counter so i asked her if there was anyone available to take orders at the counter. She stated she didn't work the counter and that i was being rude to her for asking and stated to another employee that she didn't need customers talking to her like that. Simple question of if there was someone else available to take orders and she lost her mind with a terrible attitude. Keep in mind there are about 5-6 employees at this time and a line forming out the door waiting. Simple answer would of been to just say we are waiting on the chicken to cook and it's going to be awhile. I'm sure not all the employees are like that one individual

Had a bad experience with this KFC. I did a mobile order and went through the drive-through to pick it up the lady at the window yelled at me and told me that I should’ve went inside because that’s how you pick up mobile orders are. When the app says that I can go through the drive-through or go into the lobby. I try to explain to her that I could not go through the lobby since I have sleeping kids in the car and I am just trying to pick up their lunch. She proceeds to get mad at me and says next time don’t bring them. I did not appreciate the conversation that I had with her. When asking for a manager, she proceeds to say that there is no manager in the store.

Service okay always waiting for chicken no matter what time you go in there I went lunch time waiting on chicken I went dinner time still waiting on chicken to many people standing around talking

Just got bad service every time we order,employees can never get orders right when I order all white meat they give thighs all employee's needs to be trained again or replaced with employee's that care.

Visited this location multiple times and although the others weren’t great tonight was HORRIBLE. I went through the drive thru with no one ahead of me and received the wrong order. When I realized we got the wrong order we called SIX times before someone answered. When the lady answered the phone she instantly said our order and said her packer got it wrong and that she would put our name down for the future. I let her know my husband was coming back to get the correct order and that I would like a refund because this has happened on multiple occasions. She said she would have to ask her manager and that she was texting her and I could get the refund tomorrow. My husband arrived to get the correct order and there was loud music playing from a speaker in the back and the lady lets him know it’s either the refund or the food. She then goes to the back and no one comes back up front. There was another customer sitting there waiting to be helped and no one could bother coming to the front. I understand it’s not the fanciest place but the lack of integrity from the staff is sad and the overall atmosphere of this KFC has gone downhill. We will not be returning to this location. I genuinely hope the manager steps up and hires staff that want to do their job.

Food is good, but the person in the drive through (not the quiet one, it was the loud woman) kept interrupting when placing order. To top it off, I ordered bbq sauce and still didn’t get it. Will not go here again.

We ordered in drive thru and everything went fine, we paid and had to wait maybe 15 minutes? No biggie. They finally brought out our food and we noticed they messed up our son’s order so my husband went inside to fix it. They said they couldn’t do anything about it because it’s what they lady put down instead of what we said! Will not be coming back here again!

Every time I come to this location I am disappointed. I just made my final order from this place and if I ever want it in the future I will be driving to the manhattan location. I entered the store and let the lady know I am here for an online order, my name, and was told its not ready yet and to take a seat. I sat there for an hour, nothing called for me or anything, and it was after the store emptied I asked. My food is cold and I could have walked away happy if they just remembered to call a name out or the order? Every time I pick something up from here it has been poorly made and cold regardless of if its ready when I get there.
Save yourself the trouble and if you really want KFC go to manhattan, they will actually get it right.

Ordered extra crispy chicken, fries, and chicken nuggets to be delivered. Driver said they didn't have any of it. What kind of KFC doesn't have chicken? 😂 Ridiculous!

Restaurant was disgusting. Just dirty. We came in at 3p so maybe they just got finished with a rush. But, we waited about 5 mins without being acknowledged we were there, people on the back just walked around and looked at us. Probably hoping we would leave and we should have. I ordered a 14 piece meal with 2 LG sides and biscuits in addition an extra coleslaw. Did not get the extra colealaw after spending over 5 dollars for it. The chicken tasted just rancid. Can't explain it but just rotten. The is my second bad experience and a few years from the 1st and that's why it took me so long to try again. With workers who could care less about customer service, and expensive rancid food and not getting what we paid for we will not be returning. I don't even know why this establishment is still open. I have to wonder if it would be like this if the owner knew the nasty that comes from this restaurant. 0 out if 5 stars.
I picked up my order without checking. Besides the fact that we got mashed potatoes and gravy instead of fries, there were no dipping sauces for the chicken strips

The microphone doesn't work..I had to go inside.Stand for a long time..Nobody came to the cash register, nobody took the order.People just sit and wait..no attention.

Food is great however, I ordered in the drive-thru and waited almost 30 minutes for the food. When I walked in to complain after 25 minutes of waiting, so many people were also waiting and only 3 workers were there, the manager the cashier drive thru lady and one guy in the back. For a fast food place this is unacceptable.
