I should have read the reviews first...
Went in to order that was my first mistake. We are on a budget so I checked pricing ahead of time on the app and it said our order would cost $25. We are only a cpl blocks away so I figured I'd just order at the counter. No big deal right? WRONG. The old man at the counter rang the SAME ORDER except I added black olives on my pizza for $40.87. I was stressed and the old man was standoffish so I wasn't paying too much attention and swiped my card. I only had around 40 something on that card to avoid theft and strangly my card declined. I asked what the total was he repeated 40.87. I asked to remove the black olives. Swipe again and declined again. Huh. I ask what the new total was he says 33.57 keep in mind this is now the EXACT same order that online quoted me 25. And yes this was after taxes etc. At that point I just walked out. Checked my card when we got home... wouldn't you know it all the money is gone and we got no food.

This place used to have someone that worked the counter. Now they just look at you and keep working. Place your order online don't expect human interaction. Pizza Quality is still the same the one star is for the customer service.
Pizza is always on point here. Sometimes ordering through the mobile app is faster than waiting in line.

Great first experience here. Got the 4n1 for 7.99$. Nice location (near downtown). Clean store. Though no public restrooms or fountain drinks.

Food took a little longer than expected to get but not too long. It was understandable given how many orders they were trying to complete.

Overall, one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with any establishment. I’ve ordered here previously and had minor issues, but on a slow Monday night I waited over an hour for one pizza and breadsticks. They initially told me it would be 30 minutes, but after 35 minutes I checked the status and they hadn’t cooked it yet… they told me it would be next in line and I’d get it back in 10 minutes. 20 minutes goes by and I was so mad, that I left for 20 minutes and came back… All this said and it wasn’t as good as a market side pizza from Walmart for $10 with no wait… I asked to speak to a manager which I never do and I politely asked for them to explain to me what happened and they gave me a few excuses. I told them I would greatly appreciate if they threw in some free food because it was a horrible experience. They gave me a NOT so hot and ready pizza and some pretty good tasting Crazy Puffs. Save your time and money to go somewhere worth the wait. End of rant.

Instantly regretted ordering from here! I went in and waited for my online order and got to listen to the staff complaining how people should cook at home and not be so lazy and how they hate people that order online. I'm sorry I had just gotten done grocery shopping and have a family that has been at sports practice. Yes, I could have bought a frozen pizza but I understand that restaurants are closing their doors over lack of customers. I sincerely apologize for bringing you my family's business and went out of my way to get cash as a tip (that I kept since you hate people like me) because I figured you'd get that money tonight instead of waiting for the online tip. Thanks for all these years of great pizza but we will not be returning.
Rudy old lady was mad I ordered 3 pizzas and some appetizers saying “ you can't order more than two things, im the only one working right now and its hard for me”

Lady was kinda snippy and short with me. Signs have stuff written on them to clarify times, but just confused me. Could be I'm dumb, but eh. She said her boss doesn't care about correcting anything. She didn't like me ordering "made to order" stuff. Food is alright. Door was left open the whole time on a really windy day so a lot of dust and stuff blown into the main area and undoubtedly reaching the prep areas. :/ Definitely not coming again. The boss and employees don't seem to care much about running a restaurant. :/
