Depending on the time will depend on if your food is fresh. Associates are always friendly. I do get tired of having to pull into a stall to wait for food when im in the drive through.

Whether you use the mobile order, drive-thru, or walk-in, they always manage to either forget items or take forever to get your order ready and still forget something. Always double-triple check your order when they give it to you. It’s happened to me 4 times now and the refuse to do a refund.

We went through drive thru and they had us pull into one of the stalls to wait for our food. 15 min later we had to stop one of the employees bringing out the food to another car and asked if they forgot about us we had to give them our receipt and waited another 5 min before he even came out. Terrible service sauces were missing and food looked like it was sitting out under a heat lamp will not be returning.

This location is horrible, go to the one on S Washington st., they lock the lobby doors most nights by 930pm, the staff is rude, and they rarely get your order right.
If you don't already suffer from depression this place will definitely make you depressed. You get told to wait aside for 20 minutes then when you ask them about your order the workers seem to have forgotten your existence. Then when you do get your order it's the wrong order. I gladly welcome the AI takeover of these jobs.

Oh my god! This restaurant is filthy and the first thing that should be done, is closed it down for 2 days for a deep cleaning. Secondly the food I got sucked my order was completely wrong, the french fries were cold and Soggy and not salted, I got a bun with no cheese, no bacon, no pickles, no special sauce no nothing just meet that was the only thing on the bond. The coffee tasted horrible like it was strained through a dish rag. And not a new dish rag but a old slimy sour dish rag. The manager is named tammy, and her attitude was oh well, if you don't like it Wendy's is right next door. How does somebody like that even keep a manager's job

I specifically asked for a large iced mocha and they gave me a caramel drizzle on it. When I didn’t ask for a caramel. Oh and they said it was caramel mocha when my receipt said large iced mocha. Y’all need to read and do better this is getting ridiculous
