This is the bad McDonalds. You have to go to the one on 1127 S. Washington. The short drive will save you from an overall terrible experience. God forbid you order something that wasn’t made an hour ago and then if you want to complain about it the management is rude. Severe lack of training for the employees as well. I ordered dinner for my family, waited close to an hour to get the wrong, cold, food. I purposely make it a point to not go to this one. Don’t they have secret shoppers? They would know it’s terrible. Idk but this location is failing hard.

My experience at this McDonald's was horrible. My food was not made correctly I asked for my food to be made over the staff there said that they would just give me my money back I did not want my money back I wanted my food made over and because she didn't like the way I was speaking she called the police on me. This McDonald's is very unprofessional in the people working there are very unprofessional. Don't go there if you don't want the police called on you. And for another fact I did not touch her or threaten her in any kind of way in the cops were called on me what a joke.

I go through the drive through almost every morning, and every morning something is messed up with my order. It's been everything from not getting any sauces, getting the wrong sauces, the fries being old, or the buns being hard. Be Better. I'd recommend just going to Burger King or if you have to have McDonalds go to the one on Washington.

Had a delivery order for a regular hamburger and a vanilla shake, asked for extra pickles on the burger and ended up getting no pickles. And instead of a shake got a m&m McFlurry, at least they had the courtesy of giving be a straw. Following instructions for how something’s made and going off what the person ordered isn’t that hard. Doesn’t matter you’re getting paid minimum wage, take pride in what you do and do it right, even if it isn’t a “glorious” job.

If I could give negative, I would. Idk why I give them more chances. Maybe because I worked at a McDonalds for about 8 years starting at 14 and I get that mistakes happen, but at this point, I'm starting to think it's intentional 😆. I also refuse to order from them, BUT I can't figure out why my app will auto order from that store when I want it to go to the other location on Washington instead. EVERY SINGLE TIME I have ordered intentionally and/or unwillingly from this specific location...something is missing. This time, it was both chocolate milks and the apple slices for the happy meals AND both of the cheeseburgers from the happy meals and both of the mcdoubles were missing...ketchup, mustard, pickles, onions, literally every topping. This location is quite literally...awful and it's every single day at all times of the day 😬

The only McDonalds that is still in Covid protocol 4 years after the fact. There are no drinks or sauces in their lobby. If you eat in the lobby and ask for a refill, they give you a whole new cup filled (not very business efficient). I asked for ketchup and they acted surprised that I wanted ketchup 🤔. I feel like they want to be an upscale restaurant. Not an enjoyable McDonalds experience but unfortunately the closest to my house.

Literally terrible lol. Every time I order breakfast from this McDonald's my order is either missing something or incomplete. I ordered a bacon bagel and it came with no bacon. This has happened so many times at this point it's my fault for even so coming here. From now I'm I'm just going to go to the one on Washington. All though one is closer to me, it's not worth even bothering at this point.
This McDonald’s made me VIOLENTLY sick, so badly I had to go to the E.R.
Food was good however, ordered large drink and got regular drink. Mcdonalds just doesn't get it! It's not the food, even the price. It is the service that makes people complain. Five Guys slightly more expensive but great service. No complaints from most on cost. Fix the snooty don't give a crap attitude of your servers an most will stop complaints about your value.
The food was as good As possible, the fries and nuggets were hot like I. Requested, they offered free refills. And this guy came up and asked if everything was great. He was very kind. Add a pleasant. Atmosphere to the restaurant. I asked who his name was And he told me it was

Manager maggy is horrible. Messed up my order, blamed me refused service. Employees do not have name tags, didn't know who manager was (I think they read trying to cover). Have me soggy fries. Horrible I will never, ever eat there. I made a complaint on mcvoice. If you are the owner and or manager contact me and I will give you the whole story.

Got a 10 piece nugget with ranch and didn’t get my ranch. I understand that people make mistakes but the sauce is a big part of getting the nugget meal no one want no dry chicken nuggets. I’m not sure if they were having a bad day but not really friendly either which i understand but they forgot my sauce so.

This is the third time I've tried to come here and get food. I keep getting food i cant eat. They keep screwing up my order, the management is terrible, the customer service is ridiculous, the food isn't even delicious and they can't even make things right. I would not recommend this place at all, and I won't be returning, the management needs to be changed.

I can see why it's a 3 star McDonalds. I have never seen a three star McDonalds before. Lady (O-something, sun was too bright) taking orders at the Drive-Thru didn't explain that a) extra BBQ sauce costs extra (I know that, but still should've said so), b) my code became invalid because I changed the drink to a large (I said large if possible so she could've said it changed my code to not working), and c) when I got up to pay didn't tell me the code was invalid so my paying through the mobile code is no longer working so I also didn't get my points. Her attitude was horrible. She said everything in the meal so it sounded like I was paying for two meals especially since she didn't say the extra BBQ I ordered in her spiel and since she didn't tell me my code was invalid so it was more expensive than I was expecting. Her supervisor who came over was just being as useless. They thought me talking about the code I used was a mobile order (mobile order codes are a bit different). And she covered her face with frustration when I was trying to figure out why it was more expensive. How hard is it to say "10 piece meal with a large drink and an extra BBQ sauce" instead of "10 piece meal with a medium fry, 2 BBQ sauce, and a large Dr Pepper" without mentioning my extra BBQ? I don't ever want to go here again. I just moved here and all my other fast food experiences were just fine. -.- Edit: they also made me forget to ask for ketchup with their rude attitude.
