2 employees helped me get my car back to where it broke downMy later experience was the WORST..General managers shudnt point in your face and tell you to wait...and then wen u order you shudnt have to watch your order sit on the counter even when your order number is sitting RIGHT in front of their face and you can check the tape on that!

If I could, I would give 0 stars. My husband and I went through the drive thru at 6:10 PM. We were told to pull forward into stall 1. Three additional cars pulled forward, two of which got their food before I went inside to see what happened. One of our drinks was incorrect (they gave sweet tea instead of unsweet) and we finally got our food. Once I got back to the car and we hit the road, I opened my husband's burger and gave it to him, all was good. I then opened my burger and there was a bite missing from the patty! I called up completely dumbfounded and disgusted and asked what they could do about a refund as we were now back on the highway headed to Salina. I was informed they could remake the burger for me if I came back to which I said I have a serious concern as to the health/safety of the food and would prefer a refund. I was told a refund could not happen unless I turned back around despite having paid with a card. They instead said to take a picture of the burger and receipt and that the next time I come in, they will get me a new burger. Well, don't bother. I will never return to this location. ?

Little frustrated with this mcdonalds. The food and service is alright but the cashiers need to do a better job on remembering orders. I ordered 2 quarter pounders and a small coke. They told me the wrong price and I paid for it and when I got my receipt it showed me the food I didn't order. I told the cashier and they were more than happy to correct my order and refund the order that wasn't mine. But when i later got my food they made me clarify what i actually ordered. I didn't mind until they kept asking me what I ordered. Kinda ticked me off that they did that. It was kinda unnecessary. You already asked me what I actually ordered quit freaking asking me. I told them thank you and they didn't respond. How rude. I don't feel comfortable coming back here again.

When the bun is crunchy it too old...when you pull up to pay and the cashier takes your pay and turns around to be on social media with out a thank you or have a good day is poor customer service...
