This is a cafe style coffee shop. I only got their coffee and refresher but the food looks so yummy! This is a perfect place for a professional meet up, interview, family or friend luncheon and even a quaint little date spot. Its a very clean well designed and decorated environment that is aesthetically pleasing. Customer service was great, hard working young ladies that were very pleasant to speak with. I went during a busy time so there was a little bit of a wait on my drinks but that's okay 😊.

I had to edit my review. Management in the last year has really drove this place down. I starting coming here because Scooters went downhill and now the same manager that ran Scooters is in charge of Paradox and low and behold Paradox has taken a nose dive. They are ALWAYS out of everything. And I mean ALWAYS. Its either honey, chai, lotus energy, its flavors, the sandwich ingredients, you name it, their supply truck is always short something. That's poor planning. I think its time to start frequenting Scooters again. I'm hoping the Nacarratos see this so they can rethink who is running their store before it really goes downhill.

Whoever plays the Undertale music on the speakers, if you add deltarune music, I'll love you forever, especially if chapter's 3 & 4 are added. Also love the other video game music too. Great place to get college work done on four hours of sleep, even the kids are quiet.

Whoa, foodie oasis in an otherwise shitty chain store desert! The coffee is solid, and even the avocado toast was super fancy —real bread, real candied bacon, real hot honey, real smashed avocado. They also sell locally sourced frozen raw meat products in a special freezer, as well as locally sourced baked stuff. Very pleasant surprise on our cross country road trip. That said, it’s a small— no, it’s a tiny - local business and they can get overwhelmed quickly. Be kind, be patient. It’s worth it.

Amazing food, service, and atmosphere. Always leaving feeling full, satisfied, and relaxed. Love that there's always something new to try and that the people who work there are so skilled at their craft. The decor, lighting, everything is wonderful. The puns in the bathroom crack me up as well 😂

Nice local coffee shop! Utilize the Joe App to save on your order or order ahead as this little shop is basically a local business version of a $tarbuck$ in my opinion. And if I am going to splurge on paying for someone to make me coffee and a breakfast sandwich once in a while, then I much rather do it here than at a big chain.

I think I usually get what they called The Big Red 1 drink named after the 1st Infantry Division which was my unit here at FRK -and this drink was very good for one of those jazzed up coffees!

Nice employees and a cozy dine-in area that would be good for reading or using a laptop.

If you want clean and quick don’t come here. Me and my family got three simple drinks and a muffin. It was a half hour wait, tickets were all over the counter because they had a VERY unorganized system. The bathroom was clean except for the piece of poop and that pee splatters that was on the floor.

I have been going to Paradox for almost a year now. I go every Saturday for a drink before work. It’s been going down hill the last 4 months and I just try to rationalize it but this Saturday I just can’t anymore. I put in my order on the Joes app at 11:15. I usually do so because I have work at 12. This time I ordered two Lotus Refreshers with Boba, a total of $20.67. I left my house and got there at 11:30, walked in and it wasn’t ready. There was maybe 4 people in the whole place. I wait, nervous because I have to leave there at 11:30 to get to work on time. About 11:45 I still hadn’t gotten any sign of it being made. Two people prior to me had asked for refunds because they had been waiting that long as well. Then finally I was about to ask for a refund and she said “no we are making it now” which they did in about a minute BUT when I got my drinks finally at 11:55, I said “I paid extra for boba” the guy said “oh sorry” and started looking for boba, finally the lady said “we are out” and I just had to accept the loss. I left and we got in my car and tried our drinks and they tasted AWFUL. Again, I always come here and know how good they are suppose to be. I really just think them rushing made it horrible. My co-worker and I didn’t even drink them. We threw them away. I called to ask for a refund but no answer. I called a total of 6 times from 12:30-2 and no one ever answered. I will not be going here again, which is sad because I truly like the Lotus refreshers. But after waiting 40 mins for two simple drinks, being late to work and paying $20 dollars for them and not even getting a “I’m sorry about the wait or boba” I just can’t see myself supporting this small business. I will be looking for somewhere else to purchase these.

Decent coffee chain, a pleasant break from Starbucks. Over the course of a recent visit two junction city, we stopped by paradox coffee twice. Unfortunately, on both occasions the store was out of half of our order.
Really hoping they get their logistics together before our next trip.

This coffee shop is-or could be- truly a hidden gem. I say could be, because they seem to be closed more than open. This is really my only complaint. The food quality is great; the staff is nice and the selection is good; even the building is cute. However, if you don't catch then before 2, you're out of luck. So sadly we keep going back to Scooters and Starbucks, although we would visit here much more often were they available to visit.
