Came into the store to place the other. It took the young lady several tries to get our order placed. And even though I placed it in person it was wrong. I ordered the family pasta and asked for no pepperoni in the Italian meat pasta both pans had it. I went in to the store to place my order do it could be done that way. They have made it for us like that several times. Also the pasta dinner had way to much sauce which made it very soupy like it wasn't cooked long enough. Also our bread sticks were cold.Usually we get excellent food there but not the case on October 17th. Thanks

Julie was the only person working there, and she did an absolutely amazing job! My order was correct, hot served in a timely manner! She was very professional, polite, and proficient! She took orders at the window and from customers dining in! To top all of that off in between taking orders assisting persons that dined in; she kept the buffet bar clean and cleared the tables when customers left and kept the floor clean as well! Julie did more by herself than I've seen restaurants with 5 or more employees do. She deserves recognition and a pay raise! Julie is an employers dream employee!!! I have seen or received that kind of professional service at a fast food/carry-out restaurant in over 20 years, and I mean that!
Parking: The parking is plentiful, and the parking lot was very clean.
Wheelchair accessibility: The ramps were smooth, easy to excess.

If your gonna have a pick up window should probably actually use it instead of standing around not doing your job, went inside to get my pizza cause no one was at the window for 15 minutes and by the time I got my pizza it was cold so thanks for the great service. And y’all wonder why no one tips anymore.

Taylor has done an AMAZING job since she took over as RGM at Chestnut Pizza Hut.
Dietary restrictions: My daughter in law has food restrictions and there was no problem ordering her a gluten free pizza included in the buffet.
Nothing about it stood out, minus the negatives.Two my hut boxes, one dinner box.The my hut boxes had the sides mixed up.The dinner box cheese pizza was unsatisfactory. All the cheese was at the middle where it was sliced.

Waited for pizza, after a 30 minute wait for a pizza I order on their app, I was told it would be another 15 to 30 minute. I asked for a refund and left. They ate usually much better than this.
