Came into the store to place the other. It took the young lady several tries to get our order placed. And even though I placed it in person it was wrong. I ordered the family pasta and asked for no pepperoni in the Italian meat pasta both pans had it. I went in to the store to place my order do it could be done that way. They have made it for us like that several times. Also the pasta dinner had way to much sauce which made it very soupy like it wasn't cooked long enough....

Julie was the only person working there, and she did an absolutely amazing job! My order was correct, hot served in a timely manner!
She was very professional, polite, and proficient!
She took orders at the window and from customers dining in!
To top all of that off in between taking orders assisting persons that dined in; she kept the buffet bar clean and cleared the tables when customers left and kept the floor clean as well!

Taylor has done an AMAZING job since she took over as RGM at Chestnut Pizza Hut.

Dietary restrictions: My daughter in law has food restrictions and there was no problem ordering her a gluten free pizza included in the buffet.
