It started at a two but Ms. LaDonna came through in the clutch! I received the wrong pizza melt and the clerk refused to assist with contacting the originating branch. My online order was AWOL but she didn't hesitate and did the work of finding it in the shortest time possible.

Today they rolled out the $2 personal pan pizza deal and it blew up on Facebook, which then the two stores in town were super busy. I ordered three personal pan pizzas and used my rewards for free breadsticks and was quoted 30 minutes, so when I went to pick up, they were slammed and told me it would be another 45 minutes to an hour before they actually got to my food, they explained that the app had crashed earlier and it wasn't giving accurate times.
One of the workers came up to me and was trying to figure out how to issue a refund because I needed to get to my movie that started in 15 minutes at this point, I said hey could I just come back after the movie and pick up our order then and he said that would be wonderful and helped them a lot. I returned after the movie and they were sold out of personal pan pizzas at that point, but they still made us pizza and made everything right with us.
They were very kind during the chaos. They were also very kind and very professional and willing to help me when I returned, and I truly appreciate that. My kids said the pizza was fresh and hot and very good and they were very happy to still get their pizza tonight! Thank you for great customer service!

If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered on line, they said it would be about an hour. Not a big deal, they are probably busy. 30 min after my ādelivery timeā I called. Michael said the pizza just came out and that it would be about 15ish min and they only had one driver. Ok still not a big dealā¦.one hour later pizza is still not delivered. Call back, heās on the way. Ok. 30 min later try to call back to cancel the order, Iām on hold for 20 minā¦..the driver showed up lol. Still on hold I check the food, surprise itās all stone cold. But hey ordered at 6 and got the food at 9 not too surprised there. What did surprise me though was all that Michael can do for me is give me store creditā¦ā¦.please make it make sense. Apparently Dominos does out pizza the hut.

Saw the reviews and wanted to avoid this place but had no choice for food on a road trip. Seriously was so nice to these people and even gave them a tip. Just to find out my CHEESE pizza has meat all over the bottom, itās obvious my food was made on an unclean table. So disgusting, do much better yall.
They still had a hour to be open and they locked the doors esrly regusing business i figured maybe short staffed but there where 4 workers in there that i saw maybe more

i didnāt have money for a tip but i ordered 10 minutes before close and the guy was very sweet. made my wings even though they already closed the fryers and even made my pizza after already closing everything. he was super friendly and didnāt make us feel bad for our delayed order.
