Let me say, we do really enjoy eating at Qdoba when we travel because we know we are going to get a meal we enjoy. So, then it comes down to the employees and how clean the restaurant is.
The young man we first met was full of life and very outgoing. My wife explained she was gluten intolerant and before she could ask for his gloves to be changed, he began changing them and letting her know he would change the utensils as well for her protection. Give that young man a raise!
Everyone was super friendly and helpful. The restaurant was clean, and you could tell they took pride in the workplace and that they truly valued their customers. A great experience had by both of us. We love Qdoba.

Fast Service and Friendly Staff! We came in right after a big church service, and even with the crowd, the staff stayed calm, friendly, and efficient. Our order came out quickly, and everything was fresh and exactly right. You could tell the team was working hard, but they still managed to greet everyone with a smile. Great job handling the rush—definitely appreciated the excellent service!

Server's and or personnel cooking had hair down to their shoulders with no hairnet or hat, no hair tie just hair everywhere as he was laying steaks on grill 🤮🤮🤮🤮 I didn't finish ordering and walked out, pointing this individual out to Patton's as they were walking in and they left as well 👌🤔👀🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮 Nobody should find hair in their food 👌 y'all can do better but this was in Kansas 👌

As a fan of Qdoba, I was excited to try the Junction City location. Unfortunately, my experience was a major disappointment and I won't be returning. My bowl had a distinct, unpleasant flavor that tasted like the burnt, charred residue left on a grill, which is perhaps due to a cleaning frequency issue. It completely overpowered the taste of the fresh ingredients I usually enjoy. It's a shame because Qdoba is typically a reliable choice for a quick and satisfying meal, but this particular location missed the mark entirely.

Ordered online and one of our bowls got left out by accident. We called and spoke on the phone with Ariel and she was so helpful! Without hesitation she offered to make us a new bowl and even gave us a couple vouchers for having to drive back to pick it up. She turned a mishap into an opportunity to show how great their customer service is.
