As a fan of Qdoba, I was excited to try the Junction City location. Unfortunately, my experience was a major disappointment and I won't be returning. My bowl had a distinct, unpleasant flavor that tasted like the burnt, charred residue left on a grill, which is perhaps due to a cleaning frequency issue. It completely overpowered the taste of the fresh ingredients I usually enjoy. It's a shame because Qdoba is typically a reliable choice for a quick and satisfying meal, but this particular location missed the mark entirely.
On the other hand, the service was great!

Ordered online and one of our bowls got left out by accident. We called and spoke on the phone with Ariel and she was so helpful! Without hesitation she offered to make us a new bowl and even gave us a couple vouchers for having to drive back to pick it up.
