Ordered online and one of our bowls got left out by accident. We called and spoke on the phone with Ariel and she was so helpful! Without hesitation she offered to make us a new bowl and even gave us a couple vouchers for having to drive back to pick it up. She turned a mishap into an opportunity to show how great their customer service is.

Food was far better than the Denver locations I'm used to. Honestly, those poor reputations almost made us skip this location.
This location proves that quality matters.

i LOVE this qdoba but TWICE i have went to pick up the cheese crusted quesadilla for my mom & nobody has put cheese on the outside of it & i feel like i shouldn’t need to check when it’s literally in the description
