The strawberry lemonade tasted like straight syrup with fake flavoring and no lemonade flavor, and when my friend asked for a remake, the barista openly mocked her like a toddler to the back and then refused to remake or swap it for something else. If basic courtesy is too much to ask here, the McDonald’s across the street might be a better fit for this kind of poor customer service.

I normally like to frequent cafes or sit down coffee shops. Scooters has good coffee and decent breakfast option as well as good service. As a drive thru coffee spot it's great. Would prefer some outdoor seating for those who enjoy coffee while relaxing

I personally really enjoy this scooters! The staff is always very kind and the drinks I get are always great! I did wanna say though everytime I’ve come through this past month my sandwich has been very cold in the middle. This is very disappointing because the everything bagel sandwich is my favorite and I feel like I’ve wasted about $20-$30 on cold sandwiches.

Was wrongfully uncharged for two drinks that normally cost around $13 whereas the worker charged me $20 while I was in uniform and it seemed like such a hassle for her to even give me my military discount.

Pretty disappointed usually love coming to scooters but the other day my family was down so I wanted to show them this place we ordered our two blenders with espresso had zero espresso in them then got to the window and I forgot one drink so they said yeah I can add it but you gotta go back to the back of the line so I had to drive out of the parking lot and then get back in the long line to wait kind of ridiculous as a former barista definitely am not coming back to this location.

it seemed like they were having issues with their speaker so someone was taking orders outside, so when he went inside, I figured everybody just had to continue pulling around the building. When he came back outside, my car was skipped and they kept taking orders for cars behind me when I get to the window I explained what happened and they wanted me to pull around and get back in line even though I had already been waiting in line. I re-explained that my car was shipped. Why would I need to go back in line when they’re the ones who skipped me during their service. She then said fine. She’ll go ahead and take my order, but then proceeded to give me the worst tasting coffee I’ve ever had at a scooters’s location in the wrong size. I didn’t insist on a different size because at that point they already didn’t want to help me so bringing that up. It was not gonna make the experience any better, I just won’t be back.

Drinks aren’t bad but worst breakfast burrito I’ve ever had half of it was hard and burnt to crisp half was a pocket of lava with the warning.
I was double charged today at this coffee shop. && then the second charge changed to *tracfone airtime* which my bank declined! I only use this credit card for gas and my coffee runs and today I only got coffee!
Someone in there is using a skimmer and should be investigated! I came by around 8am. 6/18/25 Management should follow up.

I got to scooters religiously. My husband and I get their mocha blender at least 3 times a week. My husband is ACTIVE DUTY military and has been in for 16 years. I have been with him since he joined 16 years ago. This morning I showed my military ID for the 10% discount. And the lady said “I can’t do military discount for the spouse” umm excuse me? I’m confused because they have NEVER given me a problem and have always given me the discount. On my SPOUSE ID it says “active duty” on it. Not that I care about the extra $1 I would’ve saved with the discount. It’s the fact of the matter. Just because I’m not the member myself shouldn’t matter. Us spouses serve just as much most times, we have to sacrifice every day along side our loved ones who do serve. I wasn’t upset with the girl for doing what she was instructed to do. The girl told me she was new and when she started management told her to make sure it wasn’t spouses who are getting the discount and I’m sorry but that is ridiculous. If this is how you manage your business then I don’t want no part of it. Don’t say “we support our troops” without supporting their families too. You should really rethink your policy on that.

Lady at the window this morning horrible customer service interrupts orders and in a rush I couldn't even finish my order thanks chick much appreciated
Disliked the fact that in the app it shows certain drinks with whipped cream on top but the drink does not actually come with it, its misleading and the autumn crunch is called this why there was nothing crunchy about it! It tasted great tho service was impeccable and quick they were busy. The cinnamon rolls was also great!
