Tired of either always getting food that's not cooked all the way or having to wait twenty minutes in a drive thru.

Drink was okay besides definitely didn’t get blended all the way or had too much ice big chunks of ice and couldn’t use straw bc ice getting stuck, and the never get the toppings correct.

The cup bottom and side had grounds of coffee all over it and now it’s on my light colored shirt because didn’t notice the cup was covered in coffee grounds.

The taste was good though food was fresh.

Service was ehhh with no cars behind us and only two ahead of us we sat at microphone for awhile before someone answered we thought it was maybe broke no one even said be with you in a moment or anything.
When we came to window I showed my scooters schedule at a different location and asked for employee discount and she didn’t greet us smile or say hello she said “okay” with a glare like it was an inconvenience asked for a pup cup another inconvenience and no have an amazing day but maybe she was having a bad day but seems like anytime I I visit this location the forget toppings and makes drinks wrong and have bad service at the window.

3/7 Saturday around 3:40pm

I just moved to Kansas and this was the first scooters location I have ever seen and it did not disappoint. the coffee is amazing and the staff is so nice and helpful. Very reasonably priced. I highly recommend visiting this location. 10/10

The place is great for coffee. I just wish the location was different with more room for vehicles. The line sometime goes into the road of sixth street causing a hazard. The line is a testament of how good this place is but they should make it safer for customers.

All 3 times I've been here there's been something wrong with my order. First time they got the drink wrong but I didn't say anything because they were super busy. Second time the size drink was wrong, again didn't say anything because they were busy. Today they got my drink wrong again and I did say something today because it smelled like peanut butter and I'm allergic. The lady said there wasn't peanut butter in it but as soon as I took a sip I could taste it. Sadly I can't rely on them to get my order right so I will not be returning.

Just because you say it with a smile doesn’t mean it’s the thing to say. We got drive through and ordered the drink we ordered the day before. My dad tried it and it was bitter/ tastes like plain coffee. We got a carmelicious with mocha flavoring and an extra shot. He had me taste it and sure enough no mocha or caramel flavor. We asked the woman if it had mocha or caramel she smiled and said “yes” we said it tasted like plain coffee, no sweetness whatsoever. While having an uncanny exaggerated smile she takes her head set off and said “I made your drink, I put two pumps of mocha AND I took your order, have a nice day.” If we are saying it doesn’t taste right why then say you made it yourself as if that means there is no mistakes? I was not about to argue or hold up a line of uncaffinated people so we left.

Everytime you go to scooters its about a 30 minute wait which isn't a problem the problem is you spend up to $10 for a coffee and 9 out of 10 times its not what you ordered and they remake it and its still not right. If you are going to wait that long and spend that much money the coffee should at least be what you ordered

My husband and I went there today for Veterans Day, both of us are veterans, both had our IDs ready and we were told only one free medium drink per car. This is sad because a lot of soldiers don’t have a vehicle and have to car pool with others and they weren’t able to their free Veterans Day drink. It also doesn’t say this in the Veterans Day post about the free coffee. The drink was also really strong for an iced white mocha. Not enough white mocha in it.

Dirty place. You know they don't clean their blenders when a macha tastes like coconut and mango. That's nasty.
You know you do need to wash/rinse out kitchen equipment. Especially, if you are charging for a service.

Eh.. ordered hot coffee but it was lukewarm at best. I’m sure the other drinks were better, but the regular coffee is just not good. Disappointing, but would probably try one of the flavored drinks if I ever came back. It won’t be my first choice for coffee

The strawberry lemonade tasted like straight syrup with fake flavoring and no lemonade flavor, and when my friend asked for a remake, the barista openly mocked her like a toddler to the back and then refused to remake or swap it for something else. If basic courtesy is too much to ask here, the McDonald’s across the street might be a better fit for this kind of poor customer service.

I normally like to frequent cafes or sit down coffee shops. Scooters has good coffee and decent breakfast option as well as good service. As a drive thru coffee spot it's great. Would prefer some outdoor seating for those who enjoy coffee while relaxing

I personally really enjoy this scooters! The staff is always very kind and the drinks I get are always great! I did wanna say though everytime I’ve come through this past month my sandwich has been very cold in the middle. This is very disappointing because the everything bagel sandwich is my favorite and I feel like I’ve wasted about $20-$30 on cold sandwiches.
