Very disappointed with my recent visit to Sonic. I waited 20 minutes for a simple breakfast burrito with no onions, yet it still came loaded with onions. After such a long wait, it was frustrating to receive the wrong order. Totally not worth the time.

As a local, this is hands down my favorite restaurant in town. I love to see the kids working here in the summer. Please tip the car hops! They work so hard, especially if they're on skates.
Absolutely terrible service this morning, tried to get a drink before work and I was the only customer there when I arrived three other people showed up a couple minutes after I arrived and all got their orders taken and received before mine was even taken. I have been to this sonic in particular and had to wait on my drinks for 15 minutes. It says your drink is on the way and then it might show up 5-7 minutes later after you press the button again and ask for what you paid for. They clearly just try to act like they get drinks out fast for the system, but in reality they take 10-15 minutes to make a regular Dr Pepper. I know every job has its challenges, but one customer wanting one drink should not be a challenge, and if it is there should be more people or someone else working who is capable making someone a drink.
