Just your run-of-the-mill Starbucks. Super overpriced coffee that you wait longer than it would take to make it at home for the fraction of the price. It's not a place to get breakfast either. I have yet to eat anything from a Starbucks that didnt taste bland and cold. For some reason there isn't a Starbucks out there where the bread is harder than a biscotti. I imagine the boujee people are the only reason they stay in business. IMO, what its worth, save your money and find a locally owned coffee shop, so at least the community can benefit from it. I won't go to another Starbucks, or even give someone a ride to a place that knows they are way over-priced. Sorry franchise owner, but maybe if you could have had a more competitive price and fresher food I'd had reconsidered, and been a bit more polite, but it's hot greed in a cup.

Uhm.. for starters, I ordered an Iced Lavender Oat Milk Matcha Latte and a spinach feta & egg white wrap. this was my first time trying the wrap since I don’t normally get food here just the drinks, &..I found a date sticker on my wrap? Are these foods really snickered on and not checked? Was not a good feeing to my discovery. My matcha.. oh my matcha. It used to be a favorite of mine, but this one was half foam and just plain matcha. I didn’t taste any lavender, I didn’t see any cold foam (just foam..lol), and there wasn’t any sweetness whatsoever, just plain foamy matcha and milk. :< broke my heart this morning.

i ordered two chai lattes and they both taste like milk. i can taste the chai a little bit but it’s definitely not at all what it’s supposed to be. AND i paid for an extra shot in both.

Just so we're clear, the in person customer is not the priority. The in person customer is told there is a 25 minute wait because of the volume of mobile orders. Srsly, I'm standing here and the mobile order has to travel to get here yet. And, I was going to buy a $27 mug the mobile customer wasn't. They asked if the 25 minute was ok with me, before I ordered, so thank you for that. It wasn't. Not the staffs' fault, starbs keep working on you program, I've heard in the news.
As always delicioso! The standard Caramel Latte Frappuccino is the winner! Brewed lovingly, whipped and creamed to perfection and Highway Robbery to my pocket....DELICIOUS!

I ordered deliver through UE and they had made my drink wrong so I went into the location. The two girls working up front were SO nice it was so refreshing to be talked to like a human! They explained the mix up (the stickers for both drinks are near identical) so even with the chance of the mix up happening again I won't hesitate to order as I know they'll make it right. Those two girls need a raise! They work so hard!

What's up with all of the Starbucks I have stopped at do not have cream and sugar available for customers to add themselves? Where's the cinnamon? It's just so hard for the majority of the baristas to even acknowledge customers, I can't get what I need. I am really just over Starbucks. It has changed for the worse and it's just not worth the aggravation anymore. Bad experience no matter where in the country I am. Last time.
