So kind, fast, and delicious. My drink is always right and always given to me by a barista with a good attitude! One of my favorite Starbucks :)

Should of gotten my Cold Brew in Manhattan. Nothing is more soul crushing building up anticipation and finding out all Cold Brew is out. Would suggest checking the apps before you go to a location.

I realize that the drive up was broken and I had no problem parking and going inside to place an order ...that is not my issue... what bothers me is that there were two young ladies working, but only one was working on customer drinks and the other only taking orders. Yet, the second employee, instead of assisting the other barista in completing the orders for the ever growing line of waiting customers, in between taking new orders... The second employee literally walked between the drive up window and the register doing nothing.
Even tho the first barista was working to fill the orders... I definitely applaud the fact that she was continually in motion at least, she saw fit to be on her personal cell taking calls and/or texts while making drinks, not really helping to maintain any sort of focus needed - even to the point a customer had to correct her in what she was starting to make as his order. I'm all for multitasking but that's not really an appropriate form of doing it.
Now, I realize that my order of a medium plain black coffee wasn't as fancy as the 6 or so customers that were behind me, but I would think the simplicity of my order would not mean that the 6 customers who gave their orders after me would receive priority as well as their drinks, before me.
I literally got so fed up that I left ...never receiving my drink nor refund for the purchase.
Not sure why in the past when I went through the drive up it has always taken less than 2 minutes to get my order but in store I waited in line for 20 minutes.
How the location of the customer could affect the service time or order of service is a bit confusing. I'm sure that in previous days there have been customers in the store the same time the drive up window had customers. Yet to get a plain coffee I ended up going to Scooters and chalking up the money out of pocket at Starbucks as

I wish I can give 0 star on this location. I am sitting here and these two rude ladies looking at each other because I was asking about the free drink they have online and they are so rude and have bad attitude with customers! I wont come back here. The girl is the blonde who does the drinks and the one is a little chubby in the payment.

Zora should clean the back room for the next couple weeks. Very rude when taking my order and topped it off by absolutely burning my egg bites. The one coworker that worked May 2 with her with a pink scrunchie was phenomenal and very apologetic. Promote pink scrunchie who worked my 2nd

Order an Venti hot cappuccino and and the cup was not even half way full when I ask them about it the employee was rude and unprofessional and her answer was that most of the coffee is foam ans is how they do it

Just your run-of-the-mill Starbucks. Super overpriced coffee that you wait longer than it would take to make it at home for the fraction of the price. It's not a place to get breakfast either. I have yet to eat anything from a Starbucks that didnt taste bland and cold. For some reason there isn't a Starbucks out there where the bread is harder than a biscotti. I imagine the boujee people are the only reason they stay in business. IMO, what its worth, save your money and find a locally owned coffee shop, so at least the community can benefit from it. I won't go to another Starbucks, or even give someone a ride to a place that knows they are way over-priced. Sorry franchise owner, but maybe if you could have had a more competitive price and fresher food I'd had reconsidered, and been a bit more polite, but it's hot greed in a cup.

Despite being such a high volume store, this location has never let me down. Amazing service, drinks always taste delicious, and the store atmosphere is perfect for my late-night study sessions.

Uhm.. for starters, I ordered an Iced Lavender Oat Milk Matcha Latte and a spinach feta & egg white wrap. this was my first time trying the wrap since I don’t normally get food here just the drinks, &..I found a date sticker on my wrap? Are these foods really snickered on and not checked? Was not a good feeing to my discovery. My matcha.. oh my matcha. It used to be a favorite of mine, but this one was half foam and just plain matcha. I didn’t taste any lavender, I didn’t see any cold foam (just foam..lol), and there wasn’t any sweetness whatsoever, just plain foamy matcha and milk. :< broke my heart this morning.

i ordered two chai lattes and they both taste like milk. i can taste the chai a little bit but it’s definitely not at all what it’s supposed to be. AND i paid for an extra shot in both.
