This has to be the single worst taco bell in the country. One hundred percent we got food so old it smelled like breakfast at 5pm. Not only was the food terrible but the staff was screaming so loud I couldn't hear my name called out when my order was done. The single most unprofessional establishment I've ever seen. My family will never be back to this location and will let everyone I can know to stay away.

Slowest taco bell ever. Had super high hopes that this one would be better than the other one in town. Currently still waiting in the drive thru for my online order, guess I'll update this depending on how bad my food is. What 2 things I did order.

This is my order and I got 15 sauce in total while I ordered each of them 15 sauce individually. Is That now taco bell are trying to make more money.?
And trust me it's 3 time in 10 days from different locations. 🙄😔

The opposite of fast. They will leave you at the speaker box for five minutes, and they don’t follow posted hours. They end breakfast whenever they feel like it, so try to get there before 9:30.

I'm a doordash order and the fact that their lobby is full of people but their doors are closed and there's a sign on the door that says lobby temporarily close meanwhile I'm sitting in their drive-thru for the past 15 minutes with no vehicles moving no orders being taken now my rating on doordash is now being affected because my order is going to be super late so thank you Taco Bell. Here's an update on that I've been seeing in the Drive-Thru since 7:15 it is now 7:51 p.m. I get up to their window and my doordash orders not even complete yet and everybody inside is having the time of their life. This is unacceptable on all standards because now my doordash rating has already been affected my on-time rating has been affected has dropped by 5% and doordash the minute your ratings drop below a 4.0 and if you're on time rings drop to a certain level it puts your account in dangers of being deactivated because of s*** like this I am not thrilled this is ridiculous.

I don't usually write reviews I have been a fast food worker myself and I understand how awful people can be to workers but this truly was an experience that is worth writing about because it was not okay. My husband went to get some food for me who hadn't eaten all day long story not worth sharing the strangers but the workers had a very condescending attitude towards him and had him go park and wait for the food which he complied and did 25 minutes later he went over to see what was going on because no one had come to get him and the food has just been sitting on the counter while two of the other employees were on their phones and when he tried to get their attention one of them rolled their eyes at him and got the food and gave it to him. The food was ice cold and both of the tacos had long curly brown hairs in them like a lot it was absolutely disgusting. There's no excuse to be so condescending to someone who hasn't done anything to you and also the fact that you guys can't even follow basic food safety which you know you are supposed to. A few hairs and food I can understand but this was throughout both entire tacos I almost threw up

First let me say that I love Taco Bell, but let me tell you that this location is kinda spooky, after dark there are no lights on their building, completely dark, not a safe place. Even when they have no customers the staff refuses to ring up an order, they tell the customer to ring their own order using the order boards in the lobby. Basically using this location for drive through only. The meat was not fully cooked.

Vegetarian options: The meat was not fully cooked, health department needs to intervene.

Parking: Staff not friendly, didn't want to help ring up my order.

This Taco Bell location always forgets a part of my order. They are extremely rude when you are at the drive thru window as well. Every time I go there, at least one part if not more is missing.

They cut you off while you're still ordering, then don't get your order correct. Also, the menu advertised strawberry lemonade, but I was told they don't have strawberry only regular. Regular lemonade isn't even on the menu. 🙄
